| The course "Introduction to Social Work" is one of the required courses in the undergraduate education stage of social work major,and it is also an introductory course for social work major.The course plays a leading role in the understanding of students’ professional knowledge,the application of professional skills,the improvement of professional level,and how to better understand the social work industry.Researchers found that most freshmen have resistance to social work major through the investigation of social work major students in G school.Therefore,the classroom will change the traditional teaching methods in the past,This paper attempts to take students as the main participants,encourage effective interaction between students and teachers,and between students and participants entering the classroom.Through students’ active participation in the classroom and effective interactive practical experience,the teaching mode of "knowledge" and "action" unity and equality between teachers and students is realized,thus achieving students’confidence and recognition of the major.Researchers enter the classroom as the second assistant in action research,taking the whole process of the classroom of"Introduction to Social Work" and the interaction between teachers and students as the research objects,and will carry out action research on it from the construction of classroom space,the change of teachers’ teaching methods,and the deconstruction of the relationship between teachers and students.This study will discuss from the following three aspects:First,how to enhance students’ love and confidence in their major in the classroom;The second is how students can promote their professional identity by learning professional theories,internalizing professional values and mastering professional skills.The third is to explore a set of teaching system suitable for G school social work major,which provides reference and help for further improving the curriculum arrangement and teachers’ teaching methods of social work major in colleges and universities. |
