Research On The Difference Of Action Logic Between Project Social Workers And Street Certified Social Workers In Community

Social harmony and stability,fairness and justice are closely related to social governance.The grass-roots level is the basis and focus of social governance.As this foundation and focus,community has been paid attention by the state and government,and community workers have gradually entered the vision of researchers.However,under the shackles of introducing from the west,immature development and unclear concept definition,there are many types of "community workers" in the community,which hinders the promotion of community governance.This study mainly discusses the differences in action logic,influencing factors,service optimization path and the significance of common development between project social workers and street certified social workers in the community.Based on the B cabin project in s social work organization,this paper wants to explore the logical behavior of project social workers and Street resident certified social workers in the service process in the action space of community.This paper adopts the research method of the combination of semi-structured interview,participatory observation and unstructured interview,and takes a "happy without nationality" advocacy activity for children as the research foothold.Then,it conducts one-to-one structured and semi-structured interviews with 15 interviewees,including the project social workers in s institution and the licensed social workers in H neighborhood committee,to collect and summarize the data.It is found that the action logic of project social workers and Street resident certified social workers in the community is different from that of "concept content method and process service effect feedback".It is analyzed from two dimensions: internal and external factors at the action level: basic factors and influencing factors;Professional recognition and development: professional recognition,professional supervision and professional development.The ways to optimize their services include: improving the professional identity of social workers,strengthening the opportunities for communication between them,continuing to learn and receive professional education,improving the participation enthusiasm of residents,promoting the implementation and long-term nature of the project,excavating the resources existing in the community,etc.As an important part of the construction of social work talent team,the research on the action logic of community workers in the service process is conducive to promote the professional development of social work and social governance.
