Special Post Teachers' anxiety is their lack of control over the internal and external teaching environment,teaching events,etc.,psychological panic,tension and anxiety caused by a lack of satisfaction with life events,material and spiritual conditions,or a sense of conflict in the role of a teacher,professional self,etc.,a series of physiological and behavioral reactions.Through the empirical investigation on the status of special post teachers' anxiety,we can find that the general emergence of special post teachers' anxiety.And different dimension coefficients,including the sex of teachers,whether to be a teacher in charge of a class,the level of education,the grade of teachers have an effect on the anxiety of teachers in special post.The mechanism of special post teachers' anxiety lies in the interaction between their living circumstances and their psychological characteristics.The living conditions of special post teachers are mainly reflected in their low salary,hard working and living conditions,poor welfare treatment,lack of security measures,high work pressure and the existence of identity dilemma,this kind of survival situation is the external source that causes the special post teacher to experience the injury and the setback.Psychological characteristics mainly refers to the inner feelings of weakness and helplessness and inferiority.If the special post teacher has a strong heart and self-confidence after experiencing the harm and frustration brought by the survival situation,then he usually does not breed anxiety.But if the heart is weak and powerless,with a sense of helplessness,it is easy to breed feelings of anxiety.Once special post teachers develop anxiety,it will have a negative impact on their professional development,this is reflected in: Will Affect the promotion of their professional knowledge,affect the development of their professional ability,affect the growth of their professional ethics,affect the sound of their professional psychology.As anxiety breeding will have a negative impact on the professional development of special post teachers,it is necessary to put forward correct intervention strategies for the breeding of special post teachers' anxiety.The paper puts forward the countermeasures from three aspects: The prevention of special post teachers' anxiety,the monitoring of special post teachers' anxiety and the resolution of special post.
