Social Work Intervention Research On The Exclusion Of Second Child By First Born Children Under The Two Child Policy

With the gradual implementation and promotion of the comprehensive two-child policy,the number of two children is gradually increasing.More and more first born children have negative reactions due to the birth of two children,and reject two children.Starting from the phenomenon that the first child repels the second child,this paper studies this problem from the perspective of social work.Firstly,this paper reviews the domestic and foreign research results on the exclusion of the second child by first born children,and reviews the literature from the aspects of first born children,sibling relationship and social exclusion.Compared with the existing foreign research,the domestic research is still relatively lack,and domestic scholars do not pay much attention to the first born children and sibling relationship.Then,use the interview method to investigate some two-child families,to understand the situation of compatriots getting along with each other in the two-child families,and then select a first child who rejects the second child from the investigated two-child families as the service object of social work,and use the method of social work to intervene in them,so as to alleviate their rejection of the second child.Then,from the investigated two-child families,we select a first child who rejects the second child as the service object of social work,and use the method of social work to intervene in them,so as to alleviate their rejection of the second child.In the early preparation stage of the service,through the collection of the basic information and relevant information of the service object,it is found that the exclusion of the second child is mainly affected by the whole family structure,in addition to the exclusion of the second child,it is also accompanied by the alienation of parent-child relationship,bad behavior and other problems.According to the basic situation of the service object,we adopted the service scheme of structural family therapy as the main guidance,supplemented by rational emotive therapy.Through the three stages of promoting the communication and interaction between parents and children,correcting the irrational cognition of the service object,and reconstructing the family structure of the service object,we helped the service object and family members to establish a reasonable communication mode and build a sound family environment Family structure,to ease the exclusion of the second child,to establish a harmonious sibling relationship and parent-child relationship.Through the intervention of social work,the clients are willing to interact with their younger sisters instead of rejecting their younger sisters.The acceptance of their younger sisters is improved and the relationship between siblings is improved.At the same time,the relationship between parents and children is more intimate,the communication and interaction between family members are increased,the bad behavior habits of service objects are also reduced,and the effect of social work intervention is better.The relevant theoretical model of social work is an effective way to solve the problem that the first child repels the second child,but it is only a solution after the problem occurs.In addition,more exploration is needed,and the joint efforts of social workers,families and society are needed to reduce or prevent the phenomenon of the first child repelling the second child.
