| The purpose of this paper is to verify the feasibility of this method in youth fencing training by studying the application effect of functional training in fencing team of our university,in order to solve the bottleneck problem that the fencing team of our school has encountered in the national high school fencing championships and other major competitions in the past three years,in which there is no individual peak in the group Plateau and some athletes are prone to injury and illness in training and competition,at the same time,it provides the reference significance for our country youth fencing training.FMS(functional motion screening)was used to detect the deficiency of flexibility and core stability of every joint in fencers,and then the potential motion compensation problem of fencers was analyzed.To solve this problem,the use of functional training method to intervene the training of functional disorders in sports training at home and abroad has been a precedent.By studying the functional training method with advanced training idea and combining the sport characteristics of fencing,we select and design the functional action mode and apply it in fencing team of our university,and get the conclusion that the training method can solve the functional obstacle of body in different degree,guarantee the function of human power chain system to be perfect,hold the right direction for fencing team’s follow-up training,reduce the occurrence probability of sport injury,and promote the training effect and competition level of fencing team of our university.In this paper,Literature Review,logical induction and other methods,in-depth study of the concept of functional training and theoretical sources,analysis of its theory and methods of advanced.Functional training is a general physical training,is based on human kinematic chain,its purpose is to let the usual training point to the game.This training method is based on the human kinematic chain,the theory of kinematic adaptation and the system theory,and according to the target kinematic model,it is a multi-form,multi-body kinematic unit,multi-intensity training with strong directivity of competition.Its characteristic is the full combination of high specialization and basic physical training,the ultimate goal is to help the exerciser to prevent the sports injury,promote the recovery of the body,at the same time,maintain or improve the competitive level and sports ability to the maximum extent of a training method.In addition,this study used experimental,mathematical statistics,Comparative Analysis and other methods to study the practical effect of functional training in the fencing team training of Zhengzhou No.52 Middle School.This shows that the functional training in youth fencing training application value is extremely high,the effect is remarkable.From the overall point of view,fencing is essentially a sport in which a person controls the sword and himself according to the changes of the external environment,and it precedes fencing in the effective parts of the opponent.From the concrete characteristics,fencing is a typical asymmetrical sport with seven qualities in one: speed,strength,endurance,coordination,agility,flexibility and balance.Combined with the above,fencer’s ability to control the body is an important basis for fencing performance.The juvenile period is just the golden period of athletes’ physical and psychological development,and it is also the key period of physical quality development,so it is necessary to use the functional training method to develop the juvenile physical quality.Shoot a man,shoot the horse firstly,cut off the head of the snake.The key quality of fencing is speed,agility,strength and coordination.Endurance,balance and flexibility are also important components.So in the process of making the functional training program,we should pay more attention to the design of the training movement of the explosive force and the agility of the body.The improvement of the above-mentioned qualities should be combined with the high fencing special movements,and the corresponding functional movements should be designed and screened out,and the advanced and backward choices should be made according to the athletes’ condition.This highly integrated,structured training program can,to a certain extent,improve the functional disorders of various parts of the body,better promote the development of fencer physical function,and has a positive significance in reducing the probability of sports injury,improving training efficiency and fencing level.At present,there is a general problem of the joint function of the fencer in our country,which is lack of joint flexibility and stability,and the use of functional training method has certain positive effect to solve this problem. |
