This article explores the teaching of high school mathematics modeling from the perspective of core literacy.First,this article analyzes the research background of this research through the literature analysis method,and clarifies the research problems,research methods and the research significance of this article.Secondly,through the literature method and the comparative method,analyzes and compares the research and analysis of literature reviews at home and abroad,defines the core literacy and mathematical modeling related concepts and educational value,and elaborates the theoretical basis of this research.Then,through the content analysis method,taking the high school mathematics textbook published by Beijing Normal University as an example,summarizes the content of mathematical modeling in the textbook,and analyzes the characteristics of the textbook structure of mathematical modeling.Finally,the principles and strategies of middle school mathematical modeling teaching are analyzed,and on this basis,teaching case studies are carried out from four aspects.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)Common methods for teaching mathematical modeling in middle schools include theoretical analysis,simulation construction,and function fitting;(2)Mathematical modeling teaching in middle school helps to stimulate students' interest in learning,cultivate students' ability to explore problems,innovate and solve problems.promote quality education,and cultivate students' core literacy.(3)The content arrangement of mathematical modeling in the high school mathematics textbook published by Beijing Normal University has the following structural features: 1.Examples guide;2.The main points are strong;3.Step by step;4.Continuous across semesters;5.Students can do their best.(4)From the perspective of core literacy,the teaching of mathematical modeling in middle schools should follow the principles of gradual progress,integrity,combination of theory and practice,and multiple evaluations.
