The fundamental issue of education is what kind of people to be cultivated.There are different standards in different periods,but the one point in common is to pursue the all-around development of people.Nowadays,with the ever acceleration of globalization,informatization and technology upheaval,together with international competition,there are a great deal of complicated and comprehensive issues in the process of rapid social economy development.Therefore,we,China,urgently need to train the builders and successors of socialism with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physics,aesthetic and work-technic education.Accordingly,on July 8,2019,the Opinions of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the State Council on Deepening the Reform of Education and Teaching and Comprehensively Improving the Quality of Compulsory Education further required:“We will insist on the five domains(morality,intelligence,physics,aesthetic and work-technic education)education simultaneously and comprehensively develop quality-oriented education.In practice of school education,education is inherently integrated.The separation of five domains education is target for the convenience of academic analysis.However,this theoretical separation has gradually evolved into the separation and division in practice,which leads to one-sided,lopsided and homogeneous development of students.Therefore,five domains education simultaneous and the integration of education are a major proposition put forward by the transformation of education way of basic education in the new era.Based on practice,this research figures out the problems of five domains education simultaneously in school education,analyzes the underlying reasons,and strives to e Cplore ways to solve the problems so as to further provide certain suggestions and help for schools to implement five domains education simultaneous.From the historical perspective,this research traces the origin of the development of five domains education simultaneous,from the traditional Chinese education view,the traditional western education view,Mar C's theory of all-round human development and individualized development theory,this research summarizes and reflects the process that five domains education simultaneous is proposed and deliberates the relationship,connotation,inherent characteristics of five domains education,and the significance of the times of five domains education simultaneous,which constitute the theory of this research basis.Then,starting from practice,by means of questionnaires,interviews,and field observations,taking si C schools in City C as the survey objects,implements the education system of five domains education simultaneous in the schools:from the view of theoretical understanding,curriculum teaching,school management and assessment system,the author compiles questionnaires and interview outlines and conducts questionnaire surveys on teachers with making some interviews upon teachers and school leaders to make up for the lack of questionnaires.It is investigated that the current problems in the implementation of five domains education simultaneous in primary and secondary schools are mainly the inadequate understanding of the concept,the division of five domains education in curriculum teaching,the separation of management departments and the simplification of the school education evaluation system.After in-depth consideration of these issues,the main reasons behind it are: the influence of the educational traditions,the low comprehensive quality of teachers,the limitation of the way of thinking of school managers,and the driving force of utilitarianism on educational evaluation.Based on the investigation and analysis,this research contends that the improvement ideas for five domains education simultaneous practice problems lie in the school's integration and coordination,including: the integration of fostering character and civic virtue on education concept,the devotion to educating people by integration of the whole discipline,the whole process,and the all-round on the education curriculum,the commit to solving the problem of division of labor without division on education management,and based on the comprehensive quality evaluation of all-round development on evaluation of education.
