Education is a great project, in which teachers are fundamental. Since teachers' quality is closely related to the quality of teaching and the process of educational reform, teachers are the key factor in teaching activities. To develop education first, we must attach importance to teachers' professional development, and to improve the cultivation of teachers, one of which, teachers' pre-service training, is very important. At present, the teachers' pre-service training in China is conducted mainly through normal colleges and universities. In order to train high-quality teachers for primary and secondary schools, since 2009, the ministry of education has decided to expand enrollment scope and to strengthen the cultivation of full-time graduates majoring in education. In this paper, based on the cultivating way of the simulated teaching, the author chose the full-time graduates of Chinese in grade 2014 of Shandong Normal University as the research object, to explore the specific influence of the simulated teaching on the development of teachers' quality. During the research, the author first sorted out and analyzed the related literature of the simulated teaching and teachers' quality. On the basis of literature research, the observation and interview of the full-time graduates were carried out, and the related research data was collected. Then, starting with the simulated teaching and considering teachers' quality as the breakthrough point, according to the teaching cases and narrative stories of the full-time graduates of Chinese, the author used the method of cases and narrative research to discover the influence of the simulated teaching, from preparation for lessons to teaching reflection after classes on the full-time graduates and on the cultivation of teachers' quality. Thus, the real value of the simulated teaching was systematically demonstrated. Finally, some suggestions were put forward on the problems found during the research, in order to improve the simulated teaching and better stimulate the development of the full-time graduates of Chinese. The paper is mainly divided into five parts:The introduction. This part mainly includes the questions proposed, the research background, the research significance and the literature review. The first chapter: the research design. This part mainly consists of the definition of key concepts, research questions, research strategy and research methods. By presenting the research design of the paper, the methodic research of the paper is guaranteed. The second chapter: the study of cases. On the basis of observation and the interview, three graduates of different kind are selected, and their professional growth in the simulated teaching is presented in the form of narration. The third chapter: the research analysis. Based on the analysis and processing of research materials, from the perspectives of professional cordiality, professional knowledge, and skills, the positive influence of the simulated teaching on teachers' quality of graduates is discussed. The fourth chapter: the problems and suggestions. Through the study, the author finds the shortage of the simulated teaching and puts forward some suggestions for courses developers and students, supposing that, with its implementation, the simulated teaching will be improved and promote the development of graduates of Chinese in the coming future. Conclusion: a summary of the research in the paper.
