The transformation of the main social contradictions has put forward higher requirements for the development of education,so that the development of education in our country has not been able to fully and effectively meet the needs of people's overall development and social and economic development.In order to further alleviate the urgency of the supply of education talents,the state attaches particular importance to the concept of "coordinated development" in the field of education,and emphasizes that efforts must be made to promote the coordinated development of education at all levels.The measurement and evaluation of the coordinated development of the school education system have a reaction effect on the realization of educational efficacy in the economy and society.The quantitative description of the coordinated development of the school education system in the region is an important support for the education management department in building the basic project of a strong education country.Studying the coordination of education development at all levels in the region not only concerns the improvement of the overall effectiveness of regional school education,but also affects the quality and effectiveness of regional socio-economic development,masters the current coordination of education at all levels in China,and promotes all levels The coordinated development of inter-education can provide ideas for all regions to construct a pattern of comprehensive and coordinated development of school education in their regions.Based on clarifying the current situation of the coordinated development of the school education system in 31 provinces(municipalities and autonomous regions)in China,this study simulates and predicts the degree of coordination of the school education system in 2018-2020,scientifically analyzes the existing problems,and proposes policy recommendations in a targeted manner,It has important practical significance for the education management department to provide decision-making basis when formulating relevant policies.IVThis research focuses on the theme of "coordinated development",using literature research method and statistical analysis method to study the coordination of regional school education system in China.Firstly,based on the theoretical basis of system theory,resource-based theory and human capital theory,the core concepts of "school education system","coordinated development" and "region" are defined,and the basic connotation of "coordinated development of regional school education" is proposed.Establish an index system for evaluating the coordinated development of regional school education.Secondly,Secondly,The authoritative data of relevant indicators are collected from The China Education Statistics Yearbook,The China Education Funds Statistical Yearbook and The official website of the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China.Then through MATLAB software programming,using the Coupling coordination model,Gray prediction model to calculate and Simulate and predict the bearing coordinated development degree and adaptive coordinated development degree of the school education system in 31 provinces(cities and districts)of China,and evaluating the coordinated development of school education in each province to analyze the existing problems.Finally,aiming at the research conclusion,with the goal of improving the coordinated development of school education in various provinces,we provide reasonable and scientific suggestions for the regulation and control of the coordinated development of education at all levels in various provinces of China.The results were showed as follows:(1)Educational resources are the sum of the elements that constitute the school education system and maintain its growth and operation.The coordinated development of regional school education specifically includes the coordinated development within the school education subsystems at all levels and the coordinated development between the interconnected school education subsystems at all levels.(2)From 2013 to 2017,the educational Bearing development at all levels in most administrative regions of China was in an imbalanced state,and the highest level only reached the primary coordinated state.Among them,there are many regions' educational Bearing development still in antagonism period of the dysfunctional recession stage.(3)The span of the educational adaptive coordinated development degree at all levels is large,and there education subsystems at all levels in China,this article puts forward three specific countermeasures and suggestions: increase investment in education resources to reduce the level of the coordinated development of regional school education system;rationally adjust resources between all levels of education Configure and improve the degree of convergence;plan ahead,establish an early warning mechanism for the coordinated development of the regional school education system,and prevent the deterioration of the coordinated development of the regional school education system in advance.The new idea of this research is to cut in from the stage of the vertical education structure for the first time.The Gray prediction model is introduced to simulate and predict the degree of bearing coordinated development and adaptive coordinated development of the school education system in a period of time,Enriched the research perspectives and research tools.Although this research provides a complete description of the coordinated development of school education system in various provinces,the lack of targeted analysis of the coordinated development of the school education system is a lack of research.
