Sharing is one of the most distinctive features of our time.The concept of sharing is not only the guiding ideology to promote the modernization of education in the long run,but also an important measure to solve the scarcity of high quality resources in higher education."Ministry of Education on the implementation of the first-class undergraduate curriculum" pointed out that "curriculum is the core element of talent training,curriculum quality directly determines the quality of talent training." Therefore,in order to realize the fundamental task of building up people,colleges and universities must have sufficient quality curriculum resources.In practice,due to the development level,historical accumulation,investment strength,resource endowment and other reasons,high-quality curriculum resources are neither sufficient nor balanced.However,the increase of national and local investment,the rapid development of information technology and the full activation of market elements provide the mechanism conditions for the stock activation and incremental supplement of quality courses.Based on the coordination theory,system theory and common governance theory,on the premise of explaining the background and research significance,it discusses the stage of the rapid development of higher education.Secondly,the article analyzes the concept and theoretical foundation of quality curriculum resources,and analyzes the value orientation of quality curriculum resource sharing and the internal elements of the sharing mechanism.Thirdly,this paper introduces specific statistical data,investigates the distribution and current situation of high-quality curriculum resources in Jiangsu Province,and analyzes the existing problems and reasons.For this problem,take the following countermeasures to optimize quality curriculum resources mechanism: first,optimize curriculum resources,increase policy supply;second,attract multiple participation,mobilize all forces: third,reasonable allocation of resources,and improve the compensation mechanism;fourth,increase intelligent construction,innovative platform development,to realize the construction and sharing of quality curriculum resources,hoping to benefit the sharing of quality curriculum resources in Jiangsu Province.
