In recent years,with the economic development of Lu ’an,the local education level has also improved.However,due to the difference in economic development between urban and rural areas in Lu ’an and factors such as system and market,the allocation of basic education resources between urban and rural areas and regions is seriously unbalanced,which seriously restricts the high-quality development of education in Lu ’an,especially the unbalanced allocation of physical education curriculum resources.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the present situation of physical education curriculum resources in Lu ’an city,optimize the allocation of physical education curriculum resources,and realize the optimal allocation of basic education resources under the concept of shared development.High school physical education curriculum resources is an important basis for the development of school physical education in the new era,and is also an important part of the implementation of the strategy of sports power.The development of high school physical education is inseparable from the construction of physical education curriculum resources such as teachers,venues and equipment.This paper aims to promote the balanced allocation of physical education curriculum resources of urban and rural ordinary public high schools in Lu ’an City,and expounds the connotation of physical education curriculum resources of urban and rural high schools in Lu ’an City by using literature,questionnaire,expert interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and SPSS.21.0 software.This paper analyzes the current situation of physical education manpower,material resources,curriculum content,environment and information resources of urban and rural high schools in Lu ’an City,summarizes the dilemma and influencing factors of physical education curriculum resource allocation,and discusses the realization path of the fair,rational and balanced development of physical education curriculum resource allocation of urban and rural high schools in Lu ’an City from the concept of shared development.The results are as follows: the teacher-student ratio of urban and rural high schools in Lu’an is increasing year by year,but there is still a shortage of full-time teachers.Urban high schools are superior to rural high schools in PE teaching level and field resource allocation.Local governments’ support for the development of school sports is not strong enough.The digital teaching configuration of newly built urban schools basically covers,while there are almost no rural high schools in the old campus,which lacks policy guidance and financial support.School leaders and PE teachers lag behind in the concept and consciousness of PE curriculum reform.The content of PE curriculum in urban and rural senior high schools is undiversified,and digital teaching models such as network and new media are not used enough,which is still dominated by traditional models and difficult to stimulate students’ initiative.From the perspective of sharing,most physical education teachers in Lu ’an expect to have a good environment to give full play to their strengths.However,in terms of the allocation of high school physical education resources in their regions,Jin ’an District and Yu’an District are relatively well supported by studios,but the counties and villages are poor,and urban and rural teachers lack the ability to use information technology to assist traditional teaching.Hindering the construction and sharing of sports information education resources.Based on the analysis of the difficulties of physical education curriculum resources allocation in urban and rural areas of Lu'an,in the light of the concept of shared development,the paper puts forward the ways to realize the balanced development of the allocation of physical education curriculum resources in urban and rural senior high schools in Lu'an:(1)actively carry out the co-construction work of “School-enterprise” and“School-administration”(2)take the aspects of point-to-point;To promote“School” sharing work(3)to improve the level of rural education,to promote the co-construction and sharing of sports information resources.On the basis of the above-mentioned approaches,only to achieve“Point with surface”,coupled with a“Leading” administrative intervention,can better promote the sharing of regional sports curriculum resources.
