In order to solve the social contradictions faced by our country in the new period,our party has put forward the idea of relying on the shared development mode to alleviate the main social contradictions.Education is the foundation of people's livelihood.At present,China has put forward the development goal of education modernization.The key to realize the modernization of education is to improve the quality of education and reflect the fairness of education.At present,China's economic,social and cultural fields fully support the use of the concept of shared development to solve the problem of inadequate imbalance.School physical education is an important element in the field of culture,and physical education teaching resources are an important part of education.Education modernization can not only promote the balance of urban and rural physical education teaching resources,but also an important way to realize the fairness of urban and rural junior middle school physical education teaching.The concept of shared development will provide a solid theoretical basis for the balance of urban and rural physical education resources.With the acceleration of urbanization,the development of urban economy is far beyond the level of township economy,which has a great impact on the development of education.Therefore,the urban and rural teaching level presents a two-level differentiation situation,in which the difference of physical education teaching resources is very obvious.Although the relevant departments of Guang'an City have taken measures to promote the balanced development of urban and rural sports teaching resources,the problem of imbalance is still prominent.The concept of shared development is introduced into the field of sports teaching resources in order to build a fair,balanced,reasonable and scientific new distribution mode of sports teaching resources and promote the balanced development of sports education in Guang'an City.Based on the method of literature,through the form of questionnaire survey,combined with expert interviews and mathematical statistics and other scientific methods,this paper investigates the current situation of human resources,material resources,financial resources and information resources in urban and rural junior high school physical education teaching in Guang'an City,and then obtains the resource differences in urban and rural junior high school physical education teaching:1.Unreasonable allocation of highly educated physical education teachers;2.There is a big gap in the teaching level of physical education teachers;3.The allocation of sports equipment in urban and rural junior high schools is uneven;4.The sports venues in urban and rural junior high schools have a trend of polarization;5.There is a big difference in sports funds between urban and rural junior high schools;6.The sources of sports funds in rural junior high schools are relatively single,while those in urban junior high schools are diversified;7.There are obvious differences in sports books and materials in urban and rural junior high schools;8.There are differences in digital sports teaching resources between urban and rural junior high schools.with the idea of shared development,this paper analyzes the related problems,and then obtains the specific reasons for the differentiation of sports teaching resources in urban and rural junior middle schools in Guang'an City: 1.The lack of comprehensive allocation of sports teaching resources in urban and rural areas;2.The lack of nationwide allocation of sports teaching resources in urban and rural areas;3.The asymptotic allocation of sports teaching resources in urban and rural areas;4.The lack of Co Construction of rural junior middle schools.According to the reasons of appeal,the countermeasures are put forward: 1.Optimize the overall sharing mode of the allocation of physical education teaching resources;2.Improve the system of the sharing of physical education teaching resources by the whole people;3.Strengthen the co construction of township junior high schools.
