With the advent of the 5G era and the improvement of the technology of various mobile terminal devices, more and more learners have begun to use mobile learning, and the concept of lifelong learning has gained popular support. The popularity of mobile learning has made the majority of learners experience convenient, fast and personalized learning methods, but its shortcomings still need our attention. The use of mobile learning methods will inevitably bring certain risks to learners, such as property risks, functional risks, time risks, and privacy risks. These risks exist objectively,so when learners perceive these risks, whether their usage intention of mobile learning will be affected, what is the relationship between perceived risks and their usage intention, and how does perceived risk affect their usage intention, which is exactly the purpose of this study.issues that need resolving. This study explores the impact of perceived risk on usage intention of mobile learning, combines SOR model, perceived risk theory, etc.to establish the relationship model between perceived risk and usage intention, and introduces the sense of psychological security as an intermediate variable.Assume that the college student group is investigated through a questionnaire. The data is analyzed using data analysis software such as SPSS 22.0 to verify the hypothesis. The analysis found that perceived risk has a negative impact on college students' usage intention of mobile learning.Functional risk and time risk have a negative impact on college students' usage intention of mobile learning, while property risk and privacy risk have no effect on college students' usage intention of mobile learning;perceived risk has a negative impact on psychological security. Each dimension of perceived risk has a negative impact on psychological security;psychological security has a positive effect on college students' usage intention of mobile learning;psychological security partly mediates the impact of perceived risk on university students' usage intention of mobile learning.Psychological security plays a part of the mediating role between functional risk, time risk, and usage intention of mobile learning. There is no mediating role in the impact of property risk and privacy risk on usage intention of mobile learning. Finally, according to the survey results, this research makes a corresponding analysis of the research results, and from the perspective of learners and mobile devices, puts forward some suggestions for improving college students' usage intention of mobile learning.
