Comparative Analysis Of Chinese Classroom Management In Primary Schools Of China And Thailand

Classroom management is a variety of activities and measures taken by teachers in order to effectively use time,create a good learning environment and reduce bad behaviors.In classroom teaching,in addition to the task of “teaching”,the teacher also has a “management”task,that is,to coordinate and control the various teaching factors and their relations in the classroom,so that it forms an orderly whole,to ensure the smooth progress of teaching activities.This paper adopts the analysis of existing literature,questionnaire survey and interview method to make a comparative analysis and research of Chinese classroom in Chinese primary schools in China and Chinese classroom in Thailand.Firstly,investigates and analyzes the real Chinese classroom in Thailand,and analyzes the problem behavior in Thai Chinese classroom,the application of multimedia in classroom management and management strategies.Secondly,analyzes the Chinese classroom in primary schools in China,summarizes the problem behaviors in the Chinese classroom in primary schools and the classroom management strategies commonly used by teachers,and studies the application of multimedia in classroom management.Thirdly,analyzes the categories and causes of problem behaviors in Chinese and Thai primary schools,and makes a comparative analysis of the differences between Chinese and Thai classroom problem behaviors,classroom management strategies and multimedia classroom management from the aspects of history,culture,education policies and school factors,and summarizes the reasons for the differences.Fourthly,puts forward targeted suggestions for Chinese teachers,schools and language cooperation centers in Thailand,so as to help Chinese teachers in Thailand quickly adapt to Chinese classroom teaching in Thailand and solve problems in teaching properly.
