| The policy of labor education in primary and secondary schools has gone through72 years of "life journey" since the founding of China,which has made beneficial exploration and provided important enlightenment for the development of labor education in the new era.From the historical perspective,this study adopts the multidisciplinary theoretical perspectives of educational history,educational policy and political science,and uses the literature research method,historical research method and comparative research method to sort out,study and analyze the policy texts related to labor education since the founding of New China,explore the deep influencing factors,analyze their evolution characteristics,and then reflect on the shortcomings and deficiencies in the evolution process.Excavate the valuable experience obtained by them,and provide reference for the current construction of labor education.This study is mainly based on the following aspects: Part I: According to the objectives of labor education policy,combined with the relevant important policies of labor education and the major historical transition since the founding of New China,the evolution process of labor education policy in primary and secondary schools is divided into five development periods: The period of recovery and Exploration(1949-1957),the period of strengthening and paranoid development(1958-1977),the period of correction and adjustment(1978-1998),the period of deepening and perfecting development(1999-2011),the period of restructuring and innovation development(2012-present),This paper introduces the phased characteristics of labor education policies in each period,including the purpose,content and approach of labor education.The second part: explore the factors affecting the development of labor education policy.Political environment: the general tone of the evolution of the text of labor education policy;Economic environment: The basic guarantee of the evolution of the text of labor education policy;Cultural environment: the auxiliary inducement of the text evolution of labor education policy;Educational Environment: Internal driving force of the evolution of labor education policy text.Part Three: Analysis of the characteristics of the evolution of primary and secondary school labor education policy.From the perspective of value orientation,the change from instrumental rationality to value rationality;From the aspect of core connotation,from the emphasis on physical labor to the emphasis on the combination of body and brain;From the aspect of curriculum setting,it has experienced the process from setting up a separate subject to integrating practice activities and then returning to independent curriculum.From the aspect of implementation,from the single to the pluralistic direction;The ideological and political education runs through our country labor education policy from the development line aspect to the end.Part four: Rethinking the whole course of the evolution of primary and secondary school labor education policy since the founding of New China.Summarize its shortcomings and deficiencies in the process of evolution,learn valuable historical experience,take history as a mirror,and take the current road of healthy development of labor education. |
