| Promoting education reform with "core quality" is a hot topic of education reform at home and abroad.Core quality emphasizes to mobilize students’ own subjective initiative,fully explore their own value and potential,and finally realize independent management and independent development.However,due to the great physical and psychological changes of students in junior high school,and the great challenges brought by the popularization of computers and smart phones in the information age,teachers and parents need scientific guidance and reasonable education methods to promote the development of students’ independent management ability.Although schools in many regions now pay more attention to the cultivation of students’ self-management ability,and put forward more relevant policies and concepts.However,from the actual situation of cultivation,there are still many problems.Therefore,this paper intends to discuss how to improve junior high school students’ autonomous management ability,so as to realize the overall independent development of junior high school students.This research chooses the questionnaire survey and the interview method,and focuses on the discussion about the present situation of student’s autonomous management ability development.Moreover,the reasons for the lack of students’ self-management ability are explored.In addition,based on the analysis,an effective way to improve junior high school students’ self-management ability is explored from the four main dimensions of students,teachers,schools and families.The study found that there are many deficiencies in junior high school students’ autonomous management ability,which still needs to be improved under the guidance of teachers.The reasons for the insufficiency of junior high school students’ self-management ability are as follows: junior high school students’ self-management consciousness is weak and they lack initiative;Junior high school students lack practical exercise,and their psychological quality is not strong;Parents do too much or focus too little,the education concept needs to be improved;The authority of teachers is too strong,the accomplishment needs to be further improved;The school management system is not perfect,the self-management atmosphere is insufficient.According to the above conclusions,this study put forward strategies to enhance junior high school students’ self-management ability,and enhance junior high school students’ self-management awareness.Increase the practice exercise opportunity of junior high school students;Pay attention to the application of reasonable student management concepts and methods;Pay attention to the evaluation of students’ self-management ability in the process of study and life.It is hoped that these strategies will contribute to the improvement of junior high school students’ self-management ability and promote their all-round development. |
