Home-school cooperation emphasizes the connection,mutual assista nce and relevance of education,which is not only an education mode to improve school management and the quality of education and teaching,but also an effective way to cultivate students' self-management ability,which is conducive to strengthening the cultivation of students' core qualities and promoting their all-round development.Guidance on the theory of Marx humanistic management ideas,this paper refer to Peter drucker's theory of self management,clarify the city junior high school students characteristics,principles and ways of cultivating the ability of self management basic theoretical questions such as,specify the main scope of the city junior high school students self-management ability and basic content,then a city junior high school students self-mana gement ability present situation investigation.The first is to comprehensively understand the objectives,contents,methods,environment,system,process and effect of cultivating students' self-mana gement ability in B middle school of A city through self-compiling questionnaire and interview outline.Second,through the observation,of the project activities,I have A deep understanding of the difficulties and influencing factors in the cultivation of students' self-management ability in B middle school in A city.The main problems are the lack of normal training mechanism,narrow training content,single training mode and weak home-school connection.The main reasons are lack of professional quality of managers,unhealthy management system,low degree of family cooperation,and students' weak sense of self-management.Aiming at the existing proble ms and influencing factors in reality,this paper discusses the cultivation and improvement strategies of urban junior middle school students' self-management ability from four aspects.The second is to develop the grade-level content system and expand the field of students' self-management training.The third is to construct the "onlineoffline" alternating training mode and improve the home-school cooperation training platform.The fourth is to construct the home-schoolsociety linkage training mode and optimize the students' self-management training environment.It provides practical reference and strategies for urban junior middle schools to cultivate students' self-management ability from the perspective of home-school cooperation in the new era.
