Pay attention to cognition in education and teaching,cognition as a part of teaching process is learning.Students should not only learn knowledge,but also learn to practice,learn to seek things,learn skills,learn to get along with others,which is the main point of the whole education and teaching reform.Inquiry teaching came into being,teachers taught them to ask questions,think questions,and then use their own creative thinking to learn,lifelong learning,so as to solve problems,emphasizing that in the classroom learning process to encourage students to participate actively,willing to explore.This paper studies the specific problems of inquiry study method through literature retrieval method,questionnaire survey method,interview method and case analysis method.The main reasons why most teachers are unwilling to use inquiry learning method can be summarized as follows :(1)the completion of pre-class preparation is not enough;(2)the students' reactivity is not strong enough;(3)the learning atmosphere is not strong enough;(4)teachers evaluate students not deep enough;(5)teachers grasp classroom time is not accurate enough.Therefore,in the course of curriculum learning,teachers and students should do a good job of pre-class preparation and preparation,create a dynamic classroom,enhance teachers' evaluation ability and grasp the classroom schedule is an important condition for the completion of inquiry learning.The main conclusions of this study can be summed up as follows :(1)the use of inquiry learning in junior high school is not high;(2)junior high school students' thinking about sports skills is not accurate enough,teachers need proper guidance;(3)inquiry learning is higher than traditional learning.Although "junior high school sports inquiry learning method" still needs further in-depth research,the related theoretical research also needs to continue to improve,but I believe that with the efforts of first-line teachers and major experts and scholars,it will effectively promote the transformation of theory to practice.In the future,I will continue to study this aspect,dig out more new types suitable for inquiry,enrich the theory and practice of inquiry learning,and help first-line teachers to better carry out junior high school sports inquiry learning.
