In order to further improve the physical health of junior high school students,cultivate students’ awareness of lifelong physical education,promote society,schools,and families to attach importance to student sports,firmly establish the educational philosophy of health first,allow students to actively participate in physical activities and exercises,and promote the healthy growth of students.A series of measures have been taken with the national governments at all levels,and the junior high school physical education subject examination academic proficiency test is one of the effective measures.Yantai City actively responded to the state’s call to formulate a corresponding junior high school physical education subject academic level examination system in 2003 based on the actual situation of the city,but it failed to achieve obvious results.Therefore,in 2019,part of the reform and improvement of the academic proficiency test of sports subjects in Yantai City will be carried out.Through literature materials,questionnaire surveys,expert interviews,logical analysis and other methods,starting from students,teachers,parents,education bureau experts,and school administrators,use the 2019 Yantai junior high school physical education subject academic level test to conduct on-site examinations Field investigation,in-depth analysis of the effects of Yantai City before and after the four districts unified examination in 2019,and put forward corresponding countermeasures to provide reference suggestions for the optimization and implementation of Yantai City’s junior and middle school level examination program.The following conclusions are drawn through research:Yantai’s current junior high school physical education subject academic proficiency examination program detailed rules are not complete,the project setting is relatively single,mainly targeted physical fitness tests to obtain students’ health status,there is no process evaluation,and the evaluation of students’ physical fitness is only through the final A simple physical fitness test is not comprehensive enough.The implementation of the unified examination of physical education subjects in the four districts of Yantai City has made the school pay more attention to physical education,the support of teaching funds,the upgrading of sports equipment,sports grounds,and the training of physical education teachers’ own professional ability and all aspects of the school’s work.Seamless connection,the overall school physical work ability has been strengthened;but in the investigation and research,it is found that the school’s own role positioning is not clear enough,in order to improve the students’ physical examination results,the classroom content has changed,the physical education curriculum center of focus has deviated,and the phenomenon of taking exams Seriously,the physical education class has changed from promoting the physical and mental health of students to physical fitness testing,which violates the original intention of implementing the junior high school physical education subject academic level test,and breaks away from the educational philosophy of "health first",making the students’ physical education class boring.The implementation of the unified test of physical education in the four districts of Yantai City has improved students’ athletic ability,psychological resistance to pressure,increased their interest in sports,and corrected their attitudes towards sports learning,but their physical fitness has not been significantly improved Improvement,the overall physical fitness of students from 2017 to 2019 has been declining year by year,and there is still a trend.With the implementation of the examination,the social status of physical education teachers has been significantly improved,but with the increase in social family attention,the workload of physical education in schools has increased,and the pressure of physical education teachers themselves has gradually increased,and physical education teachers will face a higher level Challenges;the importance and participation of schools,society,and families have all increased,and traditional thinking and concepts have changed.In response to the above problems,the following suggestions are made:(1)Optimize the examination plan(2)Firmly establish the educational concept of "health first" and strengthen organizational leadership(3)Cultivate students’ interest in sports and improve their enthusiasm for sports learning(4)Strengthen the team of professional physical education teachers,improve the professional ability and professional level of physical education teachers(5)Increase the importance of society and family groups,and increase publicity...
