Flyover district of JiNan LiXiaqu, HuaiYinqu, and mark out a total of12middle school through questionnaire investigation, interview method andmathematical statistics and other methods for the investigation and study, the sportsschool level test analyzes the impact of positive and negative, the followingconclusions:(1) After the reform of the junior sports academic level examination, students’conscientiousness and enthusiasm to participate in sports on campus and off-campushave greatly increased than ever. Students’ activity time on an average day increased,students’ body constitution improved.(2) Status of physical education teachers was improved, at the same time,because of the many effects caused by the test cause a chain reaction; PE teachers’work pressure increasing. Physical education teachers put higher requirements on it,on the sports teaching, and on students, etc.(3) the sports teachers’ professional skills, mastering many skills whilespecializing in less causes students to practice the effect not beautiful, skillsdevelopment and progress slow is not comprehensive.(4) the school sports facilities in gradually perfect, the sports teachers to useteaching resources consciousness enhancement, but its ability to make full use ofexisting teaching resources is not high.(5) Less sports test project, limits the students with sports hobbies outsideschool level test project.(6) Part school students’ sports academic levels are not guaranteed test, lead tocan’t normal in the first grade and the second day of the guide students to set up agood physical exercise, to the third phase in the form of assault of exercise for sportsacademic level exam.Put forward the countermeasures:(1) Train students’ correct sports concept consciousness, sports school leveltest of the deep purpose clearly, deeply understand the connotation of qualityeducation.(2) For in-service teachers not regular professional skills training, to develop anew type of mastering many skills while specializing in physical education teachers,the second in normal colleges of higher learning sports comprehensive and solidtheoretical knowledge and high level skills of new teachers are introduced.(3) Through at all levels of sports competition to strengthen teachers’ quality,update, and improve the in-service teachers of sports professional theoreticalknowledge and professional skills, improve sports teachers’ education teaching ability. (4) To improve and update the school sports facilities, sports facilities andsports teaching content at a pace consistent, train the ability of teachers make full useof teaching resources(5) the quality of education requires more diversified, multiple test project,geared to the needs of all students in basic skills at the same time, promote theall-round development of students, make students have focused on cultivating oneselfbe fond of sports, promote students’ personality development, favorable for theformation of lifelong sports consciousness and improving the students’ practicalability.
