Chameleon is the early representative work of Russian writer Anton Pavlovich Chekhov,highly condensed the characteristics of short satirical novels,selected in junior high school Chinese teaching materials so far,has a unique text value and teaching value.Based on the research purpose of grasping the unique reading and teaching value of "this article",devoting ourselves to excavating the text value of Chameleon,making clear its teaching value direction as "text",exploring what this article should teach and how to teach,and providing reference for this teaching.Chameleon is unique in its swing dialogue and characters to start the narrative,gradually emphasizing the protagonist Ochumilov's fickle character,thus revealing its wind rudder,deceiving the upper,hypocritical and cunning character characteristics.Full and in-depth interpretation of the text,the text with repeated details of the physical and exaggerated,contrastive satirical means to express its criticism of the czar's society of darkness and corruption and the wind to see the rudder,the trend of the ugly human nature.From the perspective of paragraph arrangement,unit arrangement,reading aid system and after-text exercises,different versions of Chameleon have different teaching value orientation,mainly focusing on the following three aspects: first,combing the content of the novel and understanding the development of the plot;second,analyzing the character characteristics of the characters,grasping the portrayal of the characters and understanding the image of Ochumilov's chameleon;third,understanding the satirical art of the novel and understanding the effect of satire.The analysis of 30 representative teaching examples and 318 student study questionnaire survey results show that the current teaching of Chameleon mainly ignore the text style of the model teaching,lack of guidance reading teaching,understanding the rigid theme ideas,a single reading and writing expansion teaching and other four problems.To explore the causes of the problems and comprehensive study of the text interpretation,textbook compilation,Chameleon a text into the text and characters in the dialogue,expand the author's creative ideas to explore the thickness of the theme,through skillful detail description to deepen the understanding of the text,through careful reading of character discourse to explore the use of satire four teaching suggestions.
