Under the situation of deepening the curriculum reform of basic education,the teaching circle attaches great importance to the maturity of curriculum reform,and the proposal,exploration and implementation of core qualities become the core content of guiding the curriculum reform of basic education.As the guide of students' learning,the facilitator of their own professional growth,the researcher of curriculum and teaching practice and the introspective person,the implementation of core quality requires the full display of teachers' curriculum leadership,and the return and improvement of teachers' curriculum leadership is a necessary condition for the implementation of core quality into curriculum and teaching practice.However,the shackle of education management system makes some school curriculum management and implementation uncoordinated.The weak curriculum consciousness,the low curriculum leadership,the lack of curriculum leadership,the teacher's curriculum leadership shows a weak trend.This situation is not conducive to the implementation of students' development of core literacy.Therefore,during the implementation of core literacy,the return and improvement of teachers' curriculum leadership are extremely urgent.With B school as the research object,this article through to the domestic and foreign literature,define the orientation of middle school teachers based on the core literacy core connotation of curriculum leadership,in combination with the practical situation of B school,using the questionnaire and interview method to analyze the development situation of the school teachers' curriculum leadership,found that the influence factors of the school curriculum leadership,teachers,and thus the core literacy as a guide,on the basis of the promotion of the teacher's curriculum leadership method is put forward.By taking B middle school as an example,this paper finds that the teachers' curriculum leadership in this school is at an average level based on investigation.The specific problems are as follows: 1.The lack of curriculum insight of teachers.Although most teachers can better grasp the curriculum standards and judge the core knowledge of the curriculum,most teachers do not take the cultivation of students' subject core quality as the starting point in teaching,and there is a lack of new curriculum concept.Second,in terms of curriculum design,teachers do not have a good choice,although before teaching plan writing,able to students' needs and interests into account within the middle school teachers is not a few,but can't combine curriculum goals,situation,characteristics,function design,such as diversification of teaching plan,not to good design of classroom situation,causes the student to deepen the understanding of the knowledge in the interaction.Three,in the process of curriculum development,and the resultant lack of problems,failed to combine school characteristics,the truth to develop schoolbased curriculum of middle school teachers are still not in the minority,in curriculum development,efficient integration of curriculum resources,mining depth,the content of the teaching material outside cannot ascend to the campus,school curriculum resources use efficiency,can't together with colleagues,parents and students of curriculum resources development and integration.4.The guiding force of curriculum implementation has some limitations.43.2% of middle school teachers cannot effectively use diversified approaches for teaching,fail to establish a learning community,and ignore the cultivation of students' learning strategies,which leads to poor guiding effect in curriculum implementation.Fifth,the reflective ability of teachers' curriculum evaluation: 56.6% of middle school teachers would not discuss with other middle school teachers about the evaluation methods of students according to the specific teaching situation,and the evaluation methods of students' performance were relatively single and did not pay attention to the diversification of evaluation methods.Based on this,this paper proposes to improve curriculum management based on the core quality and improve the choice of curriculum design;Develop the core quality to strengthen the system guarantee,improve the curriculum evaluation reflective power;Set up the correct curriculum value,improve the curriculum value judgment;To establish the learning community of middle school teachers and improve the integration force of curriculum development;To strengthen the dialogue and communication among various groups and improve the guiding power of curriculum implementation so as to enhance the curriculum leadership of middle school teachers.Based on the research and discussion of relevant theories,this paper conducts field research,and proposes specific measures to improve the curriculum leadership of middle school teachers in combination with core literacy,so as to play a certain role in improving the curriculum leadership of teachers.However,there are still some shortcomings: the selection of the research object is only taking one school as an example,which cannot fully represent the current situation and level of curriculum leadership of middle school teachers in other parts of China.The theoretical basis of the research method still needs to be further explored,and the influence factors of curriculum leadership of middle school teachers need to be further developed.The research findings are influenced by the overall sample,and the proportion of teachers with different age,teaching age and professional title may have certain errors to the conclusion.In the future,we will continue to work hard to help the development and improvement of teachers' curriculum leadership.
