Research On The Improvement Of Teachers' Curriculum Leadership In Teachers Colleges Based On The Core Literacy Theory

The introduction and development of core literacy theory has promoted the reform and development of education in China.From the current research and practice progress,teachers' colleges are not enough for teachers' curriculum leadership,and directly lead to a large gap between core literacy theory and practice.Based on this,this paper analyzes the concepts of core literacy and curriculum leadership through combing the relevant literature,and according to the school-based management theory,multi-intelligence theory and curriculum leadership theory,taking a local normal college as the specific research object,through the form of questionnaire survey,discusses the current situation and the main problems of teachers' curriculum leadership in the view of core literacy.From the research in this article,we can find that the current teachers' colleges have insufficient curriculum value judgment,poor process design choice,limited curriculum development integration,insufficient curriculum implementation guidance,and weak curriculum evaluation and reflection.The reasons are mainly reflected in the constraints of the system,culture and teachers.In response to these problems,this article promotes the transformation of core literacy into subject literacy,enhances the quality of teachers,cultivates students' core literacy,multi-participates in building a teacher curriculum leadership support system,and implements a tripartite comprehensive evaluation of student-teacher curriculum to promote core literacy.The path of improving the curriculum leadership of teachers in normal universities is proposed.
