With the rapid development of China's economy and the gradual change of social governance system, social work,as a new answer to solve social problems and resolve social contradictions, has begun to grow and develop. However,in the process of the development of social work industry, many problems can also be seen, taking the low sense of identity of social workers or students majoring in social work as an example. This problem will affect the construction and development of social work talents, and lead to brain drain. Therefore,it is the most important thing to study it and put forward solutions.Based on this background, this study takes the social work graduates from S University from 2010 to 2019 as the survey objects, and investigates from college graduates,an important source of training social work talents,to understand the social work graduates' recognition of the industry,to understand the influence of students' industry recognition on their behavior and emotion, and to further find out the deep-seated reasons that affect students' social work industry recognition.Summarize the existing domestic and foreign related literature for analysis, and design a quantitative and qualitative research method, that is,a research scheme combining questionnaire survey and in-depth interview. In the theoretical application, supported by social identity theory, attitude theory and system theory, the survey was conducted in two dimensions of emotional identity and behavioral identity, and the contents of the questionnaire were designed.SPSS was used to process the sample data, and the overall situation of social work graduates' professional identity was statistically analyzed, and the factors affecting the differences were analyzed in combination with interviews.Through research and analysis,it is found that the overall situation of social work graduates' industry identity is medium. The factors such as gender differences, graduation years differences, final academic qualifications, workplace location differences, job nature and whether jobs and majors are matched are analyzed, and the results are summarized and analyzed. It is concluded that differences in gender, graduation years and job nature have no effect on industry recognition, but differences in final academic qualifications, workplace location and jobs and majors will affect graduates' recognition of industry. Finally, from three aspects:individual, organization and society, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the social work graduates' professional recognition, and to change the current situation of mass loss of professional talents from the aspect of improving recognition,so as to better accomplish the grand goal of building a social work professional talent team. Finally,I hope that through this study,we can bring together various forces to participate and run multi-level system to intervene together,so as to enhance the current graduates' sense of identity with the industry from the individual graduates, social work institutions, society and government.
