The new curriculum standards of information technology emphasize the cultivation of students' ability to take the initiative to innovate,reasonably select and explore new teaching methods and teaching models to promote the development of teaching activities.The theory of expansive learning is essentially a collective exploration and innovation centered on students.Learners build objects together in a collective manner,which coincides with the new curriculum standards.The Moodle platform is a new digital teaching platform,which Massive resources in the form of teacher-student interaction are welcomed by the education community,to a certain extent,the traditional model has been optimized and the efficiency of learning has been improved.Based on this,this study integrates the expansive learning theory into the existing teaching model of information technology courses based on the Moodle,guides students to actively discover problems,frame new solutions and apply them in practice to solve problems and improve Students' innovation and collaboration skills.The main work of this article includes: The main work of this article includes: first,sort out and summarize the current situation of the research on expanding learning and Moodle applied to information technology teaching.Secondly,a summary and comparative analysis of the existing Moodle-based information technology curriculum model,And determine the constituent elements of the new model,and further analyze the feasibility and advantages of applying the extended learning theory to the information technology curriculum.Taking the extended learning theory as the core idea,build an extended learning model based on the Moodle.The characteristics of “one subject”,“two formsand” “three stages”of this model can make up for the original teaching model based on the Moodle platform.Next,teaching design was conducted based on the new teaching model,and the unit activity of “Planning and Designing Website”was used as a case to carry out practical research.Finally,the experimental method,questionnaire survey method and interview method are used to test the effect of the model implementation.The research results show that the expansive learning model based on the Moodle improves students' knowledge and skills,which is conducive to students' mastery of knowledge points;under this model,teaching activities are carried out,which improves students' collaborative learning ability and cultivates students to a certain extent The expansive learning model based on the Moodle platform provides a certain teaching framework for the teaching practice of information technology courses and makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional teaching model.
