In today's rapidly changing era,it has become the educational goal of all countries in the world to cultivate a kind of core quality talents who can mobilize their own knowledge,ability and psychological resources to calmly deal with and solve unknown problems in unknown situations.In order to comply with the requirements of the development of The Times,China formally put forward the overall framework for the development of core literacy for Chinese students in 2016.Since then,Chinese education has officially entered the era of core literacy.In January 2018,the Ministry of Education of China issued the Biology Curriculum Standards for General Senior High Schools(2017 Edition)and revised it in 2020.It is proposed that the core qualities of biology include: life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility.The implementation of the core quality of biology discipline helps to promote the formation of students' core quality.It is the responsibility of every front-line biology teacher to cultivate students' core quality of biology discipline in biology classroom teaching.Problem situation teaching is an effective way to implement core accomplishment by creating problem situation closely related to the teaching content and guiding students to acquire knowledge and skills by solving problems.In order to implement the core accomplishment of biology,this paper has carried out the teaching practice research to explore the strategy of creating problem situation in biology classroom.First of all,this study studied the concepts,research status and relevant theoretical knowledge of core literacy,core literacy of biology and problem situation through consulting a large number of literatures.Then,during the teaching practice in a high school in Shihezi,the author conducted a questionnaire survey to all biology teachers and all science major students of Grade 2 in the school,to understand the basic teaching status,basic learning situation and the core quality level of the biology discipline.According to the survey results,it can be found that most of the students are interested in the study of biology,but the overall level of core literacy of biology is not high,especially the ability of scientific thinking and scientific inquiry is generally low.The degree of teachers' understanding and attention to the core accomplishment of biology discipline and the degree of teaching implementation need to be improved.In the teaching process of implementing the core accomplishment of biology subject by using problem situation,teachers lack relevant guidance and reference of relevant teaching cases.Then,on the basis of the survey results,three classes of Grade 2,class1,3 and 5,were selected as teaching practice objects.According to the actual teaching progress,selection of high school biology textbook 3 in the fourth chapter "the species and community" as the teaching content,and then based on the learning and teaching content material,select the appropriate situation to generate related problem situation teaching case and carry out teaching practice.Finally,the teaching strategy of problem situation creation in high school biology class based on core literacy has formed:oriented to the implementation of core literacy in biology discipline,based on the learning situation and teaching content,appropriate situation materials are selected to create classroom situation,set up core problems,and integrate them into the class to finally generate problem situation.Through the research of teaching practice,it is found that students have high enthusiasm and participation in learning.90% of the students can acquire knowledge and ability through solving relevant problems under the guidance of teachers,and cultivate the concept of life and social responsibility while exercising the ability of scientific thinking and scientific inquiry.In the course of homework exercises,when faced with some questions that required analytical reasoning,80% of the students began to try to write answers through thinking,rather than avoiding them as usual.Therefore,problem situational teaching in biology classroom can not only improve students' enthusiasm for biology learning,but also help to implement the core quality of biology discipline and cultivate students' ability to solve problems with what they have learned.
