Research On Social Work Intervention In Poverty Alleviation From The Perspective Of Asset Construction

Poverty has always been an important issue hindering the country’s economic development.In the long-term practical development,various countries actively help to resolve the reality of poverty,adopt different measures to effectively reduce the poor population,and strive to provide the people with a happy and beautiful life.After my country’s victory in poverty alleviation,consolidating the results of poverty alleviation,preventing large-scale return to poverty,and promoting the sustainable development of the poverty-stricken population is the focus of our work.Therefore,closely linking poverty alleviation with rural revitalization and continuing to build a sustainable poverty alleviation is a necessary measure for current development.Through understanding and analyzing the poor economic life and thin asset accumulation status of the poor population in Village A,as well as the relationship between asset thinness and the long-term poverty of the poor population,this article attempts to improve by mining and enriching personal assets from the perspective of asset construction.The current situation of personal poverty,to promote the relationship-driven improvement of poverty alleviation strategies,and then use the asset construction theory to help the poor people increase their personal poverty alleviation awareness and enhance their own poverty alleviation capabilities.This article attempts to discuss how the theory of asset construction can be effective in helping the poor out of poverty through methods such as literature analysis,interviews,and participatory observations.Select Village A as the research site,and obtain detailed field data through interviews with 20 poor people in Village A.Relevant data from field investigations show that the living conditions of the poor in Village A are:low economic income,low education,weak rural customs and cultural complexes,etc.Through further analysis,the reasons that hinder the poverty alleviation of the poor population in Village A are shown in:personal concepts: poor personal awareness of poverty reduction and insufficient self-development;economic assets: low financial management literacy and weak service availability;cultural assets: village culture Construction resources are scarce and insufficiently utilized;in terms of social assets: poor social capital support,etc.Therefore,based on the discussion of the reasons why village A hinders the poverty-stricken population from getting out of poverty,the focus of this research is on how to analyze and summarize the intervention methods and concepts of social work from the three perspectives of economic assets,cultural assets,and social assets under the theoretical framework of asset construction.Attempt to summarize the relevant practical work experience.This study found that the poverty alleviation work of the poor is very important,and the idea of asset construction is closely related to it,and it does have certain results.It should be deeply implemented in the design of future poverty alleviation strategies,and gradually play the role of multiple entities to improve asset poverty alleviation.Strategy.
