The Construction And Application Of The Competency Model Of Adolescent Social Workers

The construction and development of the adolescent social work talent team is a major work focus of the party and the government on adolescent social work services,and is also the key direction for the continuous efforts in the development of social work in China.The professional development of adolescent social work services depends not only on the continuous improvement and localization of social work skills and methods,but also on the construction of adolescent social work talent teams.In the 40 years since the reform and opening up in shenzhen,social work has gone through ten years,and has been leading the development of social workers in the mainland.With the continuous development of the society,the individualization of young people in Shenzhen has become increasingly prominent,which requires young people to keep pace with The Times and make pioneering and innovative social work services.This paper,through the sampling of adolescent social workers in Shenzhen,is mainly represented by social worker supervision in the field of adolescent,school social workers,social workers in the Adolescent League Committee,social workers in adolescent special service projects,and social workers in the community service groups responsible for adolescent groups.The law carried out structured interviews and initially constructed a model for the competency of adolescent social workers.At the same time,the preliminary construction of the competency model was verified by means of questionnaires,and the results of the questionnaire were analyzed in stages by the beta questionnaire and the official version of the questionnaire.Finally,using spss20.0 to conduct exploratory factor analysis on the official version of the questionnaire data,the component score coefficient is obtained,and the mathematical model of the adolescent social worker competency is constructed.The thesis is divided into five chapters,including introduction,literature review,construction and verification of adolescent social worker competency model,application suggestions,research conclusions and prospects of adolescent social worker competency model.The research results mainly construct the competency model of adolescent social workers,including three dimensions,namely professional ability,personality traits and interpersonal skills,and based on the questionnaire data,determine the weight relationship of the adolescent social worker competency model.Finally,combined with the author's internship experience and informal interviews,the model puts forward the possible application suggestions for talent introduction,training and management of the adolescent social worker competency model,and hopes to improve the scientific human resource management of social work institutions.Promote the development of social work institutions and the common growth of social workers in specific fields.
