At the beginning of the 20 th century,with the construction of the Middle East Railway,a large number of Soviet immigrants came to China,including some excellent musicians.After these musicians came to China,they promoted the government to set up professional music academies and employ a large number of Russian overseas musicians to teach.The arrival of these musicians not only implanted western music education concepts into China's music education,but also trained a large number of music teachers for China,which played a great role in promoting the development of music education in modern primary and secondary schools in China.Through the analysis and study of the music activities of Soviet musicians in China during the Anti-Japanese War,this paper demonstrates their influence on music education in primary and secondary schools in China.The full text is divided into three parts:Firstly,it summarizes the development of music culture in China and the Soviet Union during the Anti-Japanese War.The development of music in the Soviet Union during that period was influenced by the Soviet government and the special social background in China,so it has the characteristics of the times.In China,with the outbreak of the Anti-Japanese War,the anti-Japanese national salvation movement was launched in an all-round way,and the music culture mostly focused on patriotism and salvation,vigorously promoted singing activities,encouraged unity and Resist the enemy.Secondly,during the Anti-Japanese War,Soviet musicians conducted various musical activities in China.Finally,the paper demonstrates the influence of Soviet musicians on music education in primary and secondary schools during the Anti-Japanese War from various perspectives: advocating popular,pluralistic and nationalized educational concepts;training a large number of outstanding music talents,which further enriches the achievements of music teaching in China;thus further promoting the reform of music system in primary and secondary schools in China.In 1956,China formulated and issued many and middle schools successively.The promulgation of policy documents related to music teaching in primary schools,to a certain extent,indicates that music teaching in primary and secondary schools in China is developing towards systematization and standardization.Soviet musicians' entry into China has made important contributions to promoting Sino-Soviet music cultural exchanges,and has also played a positive role in promoting political and economic exchanges between the two sides.By means of literature review,literature analysis,statistical analysis and other methods,this paper collects and consults a large number of materials in Chongqing Library and local literature library.Based on the collected documents,this paper makes a thorough inquiry into the influence of Soviet musicians on music education in primary and secondary schools in China during the Anti-Japanese War,in order to further understand the music education in primary and secondary schools in China during the Anti-Japanese War.The development of education has enriched our understanding of the development history of modern music education.
