| Recently, with the continuous development of reform of higher education, moreand more people entered colleges or universities and received higher-education. If westill use the traditional teaching methods of one size fits all, neglecting students’discrepancy owing to their different environments of growing up, physical qualities,interests and hobbies, learning motivation, and sports skill levels, it is not conduciveto realize quality education, to improve students’ enthusiasm and initiative of leaningphysical education, and to cultivate the students to develop lifelong sports ideology,thus, it is difficult to realize the reform of physical education in schools.This study mainly employs the following methods: the literature material method,questionnaire method, expert interview method, experimental method, mathematicalstatistic method and logical analysis method, etc. Particularly, the study appliescomparative experiment of hierarchical teaching method and traditional teachingmethod in education of volleyball skills in public physical education class in colleges,in order to expect to offer reference value for volleyball education reform in colleges.By comparative analyzing of the learning of students basic skills of volleyball(passing, digging, spiking or serving the ball) in the two different methods andanalyzing two groups of students learning motivation, self-confidence and situationsof sports participation, it has been found that students applying hierarchical teachingmethod are prior to students applying traditional teaching method, except physicalqualities. These two groups of students has distinguished discrepancies. Thefollowings are the conclusions:1. Hierarchical teaching method can effectively improve education result ofpublic physical education of volleyball skills in colleges.2. Hierarchical teaching method fits for education of students-central andteaching students in accordance of their aptitude principles, which can fully bring theenthusiasm and initiative of students into play, significantly improve the students’self-confidence and learning motivation.3. Hierarchical teaching method helps to cultivate the students to develop lifelongsports ideology. |
