| Since the official launch of campus football activities in China in 2009,the development of campus football activities has gradually risen to the national strategic level.Especially after the establishment of the National Youth Campus Football Work Leading Group led by the Ministry of Education in 2015,under the overall planning of the Chinese government,more and more primary and middle school students have participated in campus football activities.At the same time,a large number of training programs for campus football coaches certified by Asian Football Confederation(AFC)and UEFA have also begun to appear.Among them,the "Premier Skills" campus football coach training,which entered China as early as 2009,has become an important part of the training system for campus football coaches in China.To this end,this thesis USES the method of documents and materials,the SWOT analysis,logic analysis and interview survey method,questionnaire survey and data analysis,to "Premier Skills" as the research object,analyses "Premier Skills" training program under the current trend of development of the campus football in China's strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats and to establish the SWOT matrix structure,the study found that:1.The advantages of "Premier Skills" in campus football training practice in China are: novel teaching concept;Complete curriculum system;A strong team of lecturers;Pay attention to the training of female coaches;"Premier Skills" coaches can study overseas;Rich experience of school football in the UK.2.The disadvantages of "Premier Skills" in campus football training practice in China are as follows: there is a gap between the training content and the actual situation in China;The recognition degree of certificate in China needs to be improved;Training courses at the same level are offered only a few times each year;Limitations of training class registration.3.The opportunities of "Premier Skills" in school football training practice in China are as follows: The "14th Five-Year plan" has clear goals for youth sports;Promulgations and implementation of the Mid-and long-term Development Plan of Chinese football(2016-2050);"Chinese Football Association youth Training Outline" promulgate;The number of Chinese football coaches is insufficient;China campus football subsidies to hire high-level foreign teachers;Campus football is linked to college admission.4.The threat of "Premier Skills" in school football training practice in China is:the normalization of epidemic prevention in school teaching in the post-epidemic era;The development of training courses for Chinese local coaches;The development of football culture of other countries in China;Conduct other training programs for coaches.Therefore,"Premier Skills" should carefully study and interpret relevant policies and documents of Chinese football,and summarize a set of "Premier Skills" coach training concept applicable to China in combination with the football technical characteristics of the two countries.Clear their own target population and brand value positioning,planning and then move;According to the needs of epidemic prevention and control,we will actively carry out online training mode and explore other possibilities of the project;Active participation in China's public welfare and charitable undertakings can lay the foundation for building brand awareness in China.It can not only leave a deep impression,but also extend the brand spirit and enhance the brand value of "Premier Skills".The most important thing is to gain a good social reputation,so as to improve recognition."Premier Skills" outside Britain instructors and coaches can teach the identity of the primary and secondary schools football features of coming to China school football training work,can not only promote "Premier Skills" and can lead the campus football experience corresponding school and even parts of the popularization of campus football,promote the sustainable development of Chinese campus football. |
