Study On Football Competition Activities Of National Campus Football Characteristic Schools In Changzhi City By SWOT Analysis

In 2015,with the introduction of opinions on accelerating the development of youth campus football,the Ministry of education carried out the selection and construction of campus football characteristic schools nationwide.After several years of development,there are more than 27000 youth school football characteristic schools in China.Campus football characteristic school is an important driving force for the development of campus football and even football in China,and also an important place for training football reserve talents.The quality of its construction directly determines the healthy and sustainable development of Chinese football.As an underdeveloped area of football,Changzhi City has universal significance and reference value.This paper takes the football competition activities of 36 schools in Changzhi national campus football characteristic school as the research object,takes the "national youth campus football characteristic school review index system" as the evaluation benchmark,and uses the methods of questionnaire survey,SWOT analysis,literature,field investigation,mathematical statistics and other research methods to study.First of all,it mainly analyzes the organization and leadership,competition condition guarantee,football education,teaching and training,football association organization,campus football culture construction,organization and competition,and reserve talents training of Changzhi campus football characteristic school.Secondly,it analyzes the whole football competition activities of Changzhi national campus football characteristic school by SWOT analysis,mainly including football The strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of competition activities.Finally,the following conclusions are drawn:1.The advantages of Changzhi National School's football competition activities with campus football characteristics include: the school working mechanism is gradually improved,the school leaders attach importance to it;the development potential of campus football is great,and the universality is strong.2.The disadvantages of football competition activities in Changzhi national campus football characteristic school are as follows: the number of special football teachers is small,the construction of teaching staff is poor;the funds of campus football are insufficient;the development of football related courses is small,the participation rate is low,the whole staff is not high,the formation of team is not good,and the opportunities of school participation are few.3.The opportunities for Changzhi national campus football characteristic school to carry out football competition activities are: the introduction of "four measures" by Changzhi Municipal government;the promotion of large-scale sports events(the second youth league);the importance of students' health.4.The threats of football competition activities in Changzhi national campus football characteristic school are: the contradiction between study and training under examination oriented education;the influence of social bad life style.Through the investigation and analysis of the above four angles,it is concluded that there are advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and challenges in carrying out the football competition activities in Changzhi campus football school.Therefore,the development of the football competition activities in Changzhi campus has certain practical significance.The football characteristic school should seize the opportunities,give full play to its advantages,strive to solve its disadvantages and threats,and maintain the football ratio The healthy and sustainable development of the game.
