As an important component of national innovation system,I-U-R collaborative innovation is of great benefit to the improvement of national innovation ability.The Ministry of Education points out in “The Action Plan of Educational Informatization 2.0” that China should build a big platform of "Internet + education" and build a new mode of talent training under the conditions of "Internet +",which has certain unity with the connotation of industry-university-research collaborative innovation.Therefore,under the background of Education Informationization 2.0,it is of great significance to explore the actual needs and functions of industry,university and research and build a cooperation platform for industry,university and research to guide,improve and promote the practical activities of collaborative innovation of industry,university and research.Firstly,this study analyzes the historical evolution of university functions,enterprise innovation and scientific research classification,and theoretically summarizes the functions and needs of various subjects in the collaborative innovation of industry,university and research.In this part,literature analysis is mainly used.Then,through questionnaire survey,the operation status and demand of industry-university-research collaborative innovation are investigated,and the current situation of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in China is comprehensively analyzed and described.The questionnaire survey method is mainly used in this part.Then,through questionnaire survey,the operation status and demand of industry-university-research collaborative innovation are investigated,and the current situation of industry-university-research collaborative innovation in China is comprehensively analyzed and described.The questionnaire survey method is mainly used in this part.Finally,four cases of China Collaborative Innovation Network,the industry-university-research service platform of Tsinghua University,the French List Institute platform and the Haier HOPE innovation ecological platform are analyzed.The case analysis method is mainly used in this part.Finally this study put forward in order to make full use of existing education platform,"the introduction of big data and machine learning technology," and "man-machine combination" as the design concept,with "tactical coordination and strategic coordination","knowledge collaboration","human resource synergy" and "production-study-research cooperative innovation performance evaluation" as design elements,include "Internet information service module","knowledge and human resource synergy service module","human resource and consulting service module" and "big data mining service module" industry-university-institute BMIUR platform.
