Research On The Platform Establishment Of Vocational Education In Collaborative Innovation For Producing And Teaching

In the ascendant background of the third industrial revolution and the industry 4.0,collaborative innovation has become the latest model for the academy technical talents training and the enterprises technological innovation.However,it is questioned by the national vocational education policy-makers and the various university research institutes whether the collaborative innovation of the modern vocational education and the industrial development is as good as the appearance,whether it can surpass the barriers existing in the traditional school-enterprise cooperation intention,value sharing,benefit distribution and sustainable development mechanism,whether it can be independent in the traditional school-enterprise cooperation dependence relationship to form the basic model based on the school-enterprise cooperation.Under the above questions,this thesis,based on the two-way development of vocational education and economic society,puts forward corresponding suggestions to establish the collaborative innovation mechanism of higher vocational education and industry development through the analysis of the vocational education combination of producing and teaching and the establishment of the innovation platform,which is supplemented by the case of Hunan Arts and Crafts Vocational College,thus to provide a point of view for reference in the latervocational education research on the combination of teaching and producing.The thesis is divided into four parts: At first,it expounds the reason of the topic selection,the literature review and the introduction of research content and research methods.Secondly,it introduces three concepts related to the subject of the thesis: the combination of producing and teaching,the collaborative innovation of producing and teaching in vocational education,and the collaborative innovation platform of producing and teaching in vocational education.Thirdly,the thesis anyalyzes the actual situations of new collaborative innovation mechanism for of producing and teaching and process innovation platform establishment to support the argument,supplemented by the case of Hunan Embroidery Crafts and Design Workroom in Hunan Arts and Crafts Vocational College and the inroduction of the basic situation of Hunan embroidery design and crafts major.Finally,according to the theoretical basis and case presentation,This paper proposes the construction of collaborative innovation platform of vocational education production from five aspects: multi-agent cooperation,government-school-enterprise,is the basis of vocational and industrial collaborative innovation platform;the value integration mechanism promotes the establishment of collaborative innovation platform for the producing and teaching;the benefit integration mechanism is the fundamental safeguard of the collaborative platform of producing andteaching;the mechanism of resource integration will promote the sustainable development of collaborative platform of producing and teaching;the cooperative implementation mechanism is the working condition of the collaborative platform of producing and teaching.This thesis conducts the deep analysis of research contents of the producing and teaching combination,the collaborative innovation and the collaborative innovation platform through the literature research method;it gives comprehensive introduction of the basic situation of Hunan embroidery crafts and design major in Hunan Arts and Crafts Vocational College and implementation of collaborative innovation platform through case analysis method.Based on the information conveyed by theory and case,this thesis makes a deep analysis on the problem of collaborative innovation in higher vocational education,in order to provide meaningful ideas for improving the establishment of the collaborative innovation platform of producing and teaching in vocational education,and to provide reference views for the relevant research on this subject.
