The discourse change of PE curriculum view in primary and secondary schools in modern China has a certain value of the times for the study of how the Chinese nation can realize the "dream of powerful nation" from weak to strong through education.Language change is an important factor to track the evolution track and development direction of school physical education curriculum view,and mastering the discourse will master the power change track of physical education curriculum view.In the contemporary era,under the background that exam-oriented utilitarian thought occupies the dominant position of discourse,it has practical value for the discourse power of P.E.curriculum view and construct the strategy and path of P.E.curriculum system with Chinese characteristics.The findings are as follows:1.The discourse object of modern elementary and secondary school physical education curriculum view is generated in the process of translating,producing and combining the concept,which implies the process and depth of combining with power.2.The discourse theme of modern primary and secondary school PE curriculum view is generated in the essential characteristics of sports,the requirements of national transformation,the change of production mode,which makes the body obtain special discourse attention.3.The establishment of new education,the lack of teaching tools and the practice of striving for discourse power make the military national PE curriculum view discourse statement generation;the establishment of new regime and the introduction of new PE ideas,the renewal of knowledge,the opposition between the content structure and social requirements make the naturalism PE curriculum view discourse statement generation,and then the discourse power of sports curriculum view is strengthened.4.In order to form a stable power,the discourse of PE curriculum view in modern primary and secondary schools devoted themselves to discourse practice in the field of education,and constructed discourse practice elements including organization,identity and technology.5.Once the discourse power of modern PE curriculum view in primary and secondary schools stabilized,it was actively or passively involved in the contention between China and the West and the contention between China and the West,which led to the socialized diffusion of the discourse power of PE curriculum view.Conclusion:1.The historical conditions for the construction of the discourse power of PE curriculum view in modern primary and secondary schools are the social crisis,the change of political power and the evolution of education concept and PE thought.The characteristics of its change are from simple to complex,from introduction to digestion and absorption,from single foreign country to both Chinese and Western countries.2.The historical process of the evolution of the discourse power of the PE curriculum view in modern primary and secondary schools is: the formation of the discourse object and the discourse theme promotes the emergence of the discourse power of the PE curriculum view,the discourse statement strengthens the emergence of the discourse power,which is recognized by the reality through the discourse practice,and the discourse power is formally generated,and then diffuses in the social practice.3.The strategy of generating discourse power of modern primary and middle school physical education curriculum is:Statement and concept,as concrete expression of knowledge,construct the truth cognition of sports function in the discourse of physical education curriculum view,the ruling class rely on the administrative leading power,pass the objective truth through the "authority coat" of physical education curriculum standards and physical education textbooks,which is used to transform the national body.
