Research On The Collectivism Identity Of College Students In The New Era

Collectivism is the principle of socialist morality,rooted in the excellent traditional Chinese culture and practiced in the period of revolution,construction and reform led by the Communist Party of China.The new era starts a new journey of building a modern socialist country in an all-round way,which injects a strong impetus into collectivist identity.However,with the change of the world pattern,the increasingly fierce confrontation of values between China and Japan,and the new characteristics of pluralistic and complex values in the information age,collectivist identity also faces severe challenges.Therefore,it is of great practical significance to study the characteristics and influencing factors of College Students' Collectivism identity in the new era and put forward optimization strategies.By using the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey and case interview,this paper explores the collectivism identity of college students in the new era,mainly from the following three aspects.First of all,following the historical development of collectivism in China,this paper combs the historical origin of collectivism in the new era,summarizes the characteristics of collectivism in the new era based on the grasp of historical experience and changes of the times,and clarifies the era value of collectivism in the new era.Secondly,starting from collectivism identity,following the process of knowledge,emotion,intention and behavior identity,this paper investigates the current situation of College Students' Collectivism identity in the new era from four dimensions of College Students' Collectivism identity: cognitive identity,emotional identity,internalized identity and behavioral identity.This paper analyzes the shortcomings,characteristics and influencing factors in the process of College Students' Collectivism identity.The survey results show that the collectivism identity of college students in the new era is improving as a whole,the collective idea of co-existence of cooperation and competition,strong sense of responsibility and sense of responsibility and other outstanding characteristics effectively improve the plasticity of College Students' Collectivism identity.But at the same time,the continuous infiltration of individualism values and the one-sided interpretation of it by college students,the profit tendency of market economy strengthen college students' emphasis on individual interests,and the virtual environment of the network impacts the real collective interaction of college students.These external factors lead to the lack of cognitive depth and systematical of collectivism,and the lack of discrimination consciousness of multiple values We should also pay attention to the outstanding problems such as the weak self-discipline of collective practice and the poor self-discipline of collective practice.Finally,based on the investigation and analysis of the shortcomings,characteristics and influencing factors of College Students' Collectivism identity in the new era,starting from education,focusing on the content,mode,carrier and environment of education,this paper proposes to integrate history and reality to build systematic cognition,focus on the differentiation of multiple values,cultivate value rationality,focus on example guidance,activate peer education effect,and connect the campus In order to cultivate and strengthen college students' Collectivism identity,we should promote independent dedication through external collective practice,integrate new media resources,strengthen network collective interaction,establish a "mentoring" mechanism,and create a collective atmosphere of dedication and mutual assistance.
