As the main channel for carrying out collectivist education,the textbook module of "Philosophy and Culture" in high school ideological and political courses contains the content and requirements of collectivist education,and strengthening collectivist education in the teaching of "Philosophy and Culture" in high school will help enhance the collectivist spirit of high school students,cultivate the core literacy of high school students,and enhance the effectiveness of "Philosophy and Culture" teaching.The collectivist education of "Philosophy and Culture" in high schools has distinct characteristics such as the guiding nature of educational functions,the plasticity of educational objects,and the diversity of teaching methods.Based on the understanding and teaching practice of collectivist education in the teaching of "Philosophy and Culture",taking "theoretical inquiry-problem discovery-path exploration" as the basic idea,through questionnaire surveys and interviews,the development of collectivist education in the teaching of "Philosophy and Culture" in XX Middle School in XX City is empirically investigated.The content of collectivist education needs to be further integrated and expanded,the methods of carrying out collectivist education still need to be improved,and the evaluation methods of collectivist education and teaching are not perfect.Based on this,we try to put forward optimization strategies such as strengthening the main body construction of collectivist education,enriching the content of collectivist education and teaching,innovating the use of collectivist education teaching methods,and improving the evaluation methods of collectivist education and teaching,and taking the lesson of "Consciously Standing on the Position of the Broadest Masses of the People" as an example,apply the above strategies to classroom teaching,in order to improve the effectiveness of collectivist education in the teaching of "Philosophy and Culture" in high schools.
