Research On The Implicit Ideological And Political Education Of College Students From The Perspective Of "three Comprehensive Education"

Ideological and political education is related to the quality of the future high-level talents training in China.In the new era,college students' ideological and political education should adhere to the task of "establishing morality and cultivating people",and strive to improve the ideological and political education effect of colleges.At present,the educational environment and object of higher education has changed,showing new characteristics.The education work based on explicit ideological and political education can't meet the needs of reality.The recessive ideological and political education has the advantages of form concealment,open time and wide space.It can coordinate and supplement the explicit ideological and political education in the process of education,and promote the improvement the overall effect of ideological and political education.This paper uses the methods of literature research,questionnaire,interview to analyze the achievements,problems and reasons of the hidden ideological and political education of college students under the perspective of "three aspects of education",and explores the path,in order to realize the three aspects of the whole staff education,the whole process of education and all-round education.Through the whole staff education,the purpose of improving the awareness and ability of the staff to use the implicit ideological and political education,encouraging all the staff to enhance their sense of responsibility and mission to the education work,promoting the formation of the systematic and integrated education team;through the whole process of educating people,the effective connection of the process of implicit ideological and political education of college students is realized,and the implicit ideological and political education is integrated into the ideological and political education of college students Through all-round education,we can build a positive and positive atmosphere of education,and make a complement to the explicit ideological and political education,and comprehensively enhance the overall effect of Ideological and political education of college students.This paper has a large number of carding out the concept,theory and experience of the recessive ideological and political education of college students under the vision of "three aspects of education".On the basis of fully studying the relevant theories and experience,this paper explains the important value of the recessive ideological and political education for the current ideological and political education.This paper mainly explores the path through four aspects: establishing scientific concept of recessive ideological and political education,establishing and perfecting the working mechanism of joint management under the leadership of party committee,improving the effectiveness of recessive ideological and political education,and creating a strong atmosphere of implicit ideological and political education.Through the study of the hidden ideological and political education of college students under the vision of "three aspects of education",we should give full play to the potential and advantages of the recessive ideological and political education,coordinate the educational power of all parties,form the recessive ideological and political education community,and promote the covert ideological and political education to cover all aspects and links of talent training in a multi-dimensional way,so as to achieve the overall improvement of the quality of talent training and the level of education and teaching in colleges and universities,To create a new realm of the development of higher education in China.
