With the comprehensive rollout of the new curriculum reform,the national education department has released an important signal to cultivate the "core literacy" of middle school students.How to transform the "core literacy" from theory to reality has become a topic of widespread discussion.In this context,how to implement the cultivation of "core literacy" in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" class in junior high schools has become an urgent task for middle school teachers.The "Ethics and Rule of Law" course in junior high schools has a strong theoretical nature,and it is difficult to stimulate students' interest in learning,which makes the cultivation of "core literacy" face great challenges.In response to this problem,this research intends to start with the problem teaching method,combining the physical and mental characteristics and hobbies of middle school students to carefully create problem scenarios to mobilize students' enthusiasm for learning;setting the problem scenarios to trigger students' thinking on the problem and improve the process of problem solving Students' thinking qualities and key abilities,which in turn enable the "core literacy" to be effectively implemented.This research mainly focuses on the following five parts:The first part is the introduction,which mainly explains the research background,research significance and research status;The second part is a systematic introduction to the problem teaching method,mainly including the meaning,characteristics and implementation steps of the problem teaching method;The third part mainly discusses the feasibility and necessity of the application of the problem teaching method in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" course in junior high school,and finds the combination of the two to lay the foundation for the implementation of the problem teaching method;The fourth part uses questionnaires to understand the problems of the problem teaching method in the "Ethics and Rule of Law" class in junior high schools,and analyze the reasons;The fifth part proposes four strategies for the existing problems,improving the quality of the problem situation,improving the directionality of the problem object,appropriately increasing the thinking time,and strengthening the connection between the problem and the students,so that the problem teaching method can be used in the junior high school "Ethics and Rule of Law" class The application is more reasonable.
