As an effective teaching method,the case teaching method is widely used in the current education and teaching process.In recent years,with the deepening of the relevant theoretical research on the case teaching method,the practice of the case teaching method in ethics and the rule of law has also been continuously innovated.This paper adheres to the method of combining theoretical thinking,problem orientation and innovative thinking,and studies and demonstrates the basis,value,status quo,and promotion strategies of the case teaching method in the application of the case teaching method in the education of the rule of law in junior high school ethics and the rule of law.Theoretical thinking focuses on explaining the connotation of the case teaching method,and its value and theoretical basis for application in the education of the rule of law in junior high school ethics and the rule of law;insisting on the problem orientation is reflected in the analysis of the new curriculum standards based on the results of questionnaires and interviews,combined with teaching practice The following are the phased problems in the application of the case teaching method in the education of the rule of law in junior high school ethics and the rule of law,as well as the challenges faced by the case teaching method in the innovative application;adhere to the innovative thinking,combined with the actual teaching situation of the front-line teachers,the case teaching How to better apply law to the classroom teaching of junior high school morality and the rule of law and the rule of law education,and actively explore the application strategies that are in line with the new curriculum standards for the rule of law education goals and the laws of physical and mental development of junior high school students.The purpose is to further implement the new curriculum standards,further implement the important instructions of General Secretary Xi Jinping on the teaching reform of ideological and political courses,and further improve the concept of the rule of law and legal literacy of junior high school students.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part: the background and significance of the topic selection,the research status of the case teaching method,the research ideas and methods of this paper;the second part: the definition of relevant concepts such as case and case teaching method,and the application of the case teaching method in the education of the rule of law in the junior high school ethics and rule of law course Theoretical basis,practical basis and application value of the study;the third part: starting from the actual application,investigate and analyze the problems faced by the application of the case teaching method in the junior high school ethics and rule of law course in the rule of law education;the fourth part: from the improvement From the perspective of teaching effect,this paper proposes a feasible strategy for the effective application and innovation of case teaching method in the legal board teaching of junior high school ethics and the rule of law.Use the teaching design of case teaching method to enhance the practical significance of the thesis.
