In "100 suggestions for teachers",Suchomlinski thinks that teachers can exercise students' abilities in all aspects through classroom teaching,so as to realize the all-round development of students.Therefore,the quality of classroom teaching has an important impact on the development of students.The outline of national medium and long term education reform and development plan(2010-2020)puts forward that in order to improve China's education level,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers' team and promote the overall improvement of teachers' comprehensive quality.As a common form of teaching and research activities in schools,listening to and evaluating lessons is of great significance to the professional development of teachers and the improvement of classroom teaching quality.But at present,there are still many problems in junior high school moral and rule of law.The value of listening and evaluating class has not been brought into full play.Therefore,through the research on the problems existing in the course of listening and evaluating,the reasons are analyzed,and the coping strategies are found,so as to make the value of listening and evaluation as much as possible.This paper mainly consists of five parts.The first part is "Introduction".It analyzes the background and significance of the topic selection,and introduces the development of listening and evaluation at home and abroad.The second part of the paper introduces the related concepts and theoretical basis of listening and evaluating classes,and analyzes the significance of carrying out the activities of moral and rule of law.In the third part,combined with the questionnaire survey and teacher interviews,the author analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in the current moral and legal listening and evaluation course,such as task,simplification,alienation,lack of discipline characteristics and so on.In the fourth part,according to the existing problems of listening to and evaluating lessons,the reasons behind the problems lie in three aspects:system and culture,content and method,consciousness and theory.In the fifth part,according to the cause analysis,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from three aspects.The school should strengthen the construction of the system of listening and evaluating lessons and the construction of campus culture.The relevant departments should formulate the standard of listening and evaluating class,perfect the activity flow of listening and evaluating class,create the student activity scale of listening and evaluating class,and highlight the evaluation of students' learning effect.Teachers should improve their awareness and ability to participate in moral and legal class evaluation,and actively participate in class evaluation activities.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,listening and evaluating class activities are not only of great significance to the professional development of teachers in each subject,but also contribute to the improvement of classroom teaching quality.It has become an urgent task to solve the problems existing in the current junior high school moral and rule of law listening and evaluation class,and promote the effect of listening and evaluating class effectively.This requires the school,teachers and relevant departments to make unremitting changes and efforts.I believe that with the joint efforts of various aspects,the junior high school moral and legal listening and evaluation course will become more and more professional,and the value of listening and evaluating class will be obtained make full use of.
