History is an all-encompassing and comprehensive discipline.In high school history curriculum standards,it has always been emphasized that history curriculum should attach importance to the connection with other high school courses in the structural design.This not only helps students to understand and learn the content of this course from multiple perspectives,but also helps students to learn other courses,giving play to the overall role of the course,so as to promote students' all-round development.The cultivation of the concept of time and space and the raising of the consciousness of historical geography make it particularly important to apply geographical knowledge in history teaching.This paper is divided into five parts,in which the literature method,investigation method,interview method and other research methods are used to complete this research.The first part is the preparation work before the study,including: the reason and significance of the study,the current situation of the study,the method of the study and the definition of the relevant concepts.The second part is to introduce the importance of geographical knowledge,first of all,through the ministry of high school history compiled version of the materials involved in the compulsory part of geographical knowledge for simple combing,to understand the distribution of geographical knowledge in high school history textbook,the teaching play a supplementary role,at the same time reflects the importance of geography in senior high school history teaching.Then,the history examination questions of Shandong Province in recent five years are sorted out,and the examination questions related to geography knowledge are systematically analyzed,so as to see the position of geography knowledge in history teaching from the perspective of college entrance examination.Finally,the geographical knowledge in the history of teaching reflected in the role-list out.The third part is investigation and analysis.Through reading relevant literature and teaching observation during the internship,a questionnaire is compiled to investigate and analyze the application of geography knowledge in history teaching by teachers and students of Qihe No.1 Middle School,and find out the problems and reasons.The fourth part is the application strategy,exploring what measures should be taken in the history teaching to make the geography knowledge be fully applied and achieve practical results.Finally,take a lesson as an example to carry on the teaching design,show the application of geography knowledge in the history lesson.
