Managing the country according to law is one of the basic strategies for building China into a socialist country with a legal system.It is also an important awareness that each of our citizens must establish.Strengthening the building of social legal system is the basis and prerequisite for our country to implement the strategy of “ruling the country according to law.” Strengthening the building of the legal system must begin with every citizen.Middle school students are the pillars of the future of the motherland and the successors of socialism.Therefore,we must correctly guide them to form the correct concept of the legal system and vigorously educate them on discipline.In the history education of middle school,the teaching of the content of legal history plays such a role.This article mainly analyzes and studies the application and characteristics of knowledge of legal history in the middle school history textbooks(for example,the PEP version).Firstly,the author summarizes and sorts out the knowledge of the legal syste m history in the history textbook of the junior high school of the People's Education Press,and then analyzes the situation and characteristics of the application of knowledge of legal history in the history textbook of middle school.By combining with the actual situation of the current classroom teaching and then thinking and analyzing,it is concluded that there is a deficiency in the knowledge of legal history in the histo ry textbooks of the People's Education Publishing House and its causes.In the end,the article puts forward some suggestions for improving the current teaching textbooks in terms of teachers' usual teaching.It hopes to provide effective teaching suggestions for the majority of first-line history teachers in the teaching of legal history,and also hopes to provide a wide range of teaching suggestions.Middle school students provide some feasible study suggestions w hen they are learning the knowledge of the legal system.This article contains a total of four sections:The first part of the introduction mainly includes the causes and purposes of the study;the research significance and research methods;the current research status in the domestic academia and innovations in this article,in addition there are some necessary concept explanations,the author hopes to pass the above The discussion can give readers a basic understanding of this article.The second part mainly summarizes the knowledge of legal system history in the history textbook of the junior high school of the People's Education Press in the form of a table.After the completion,it also gives a brief overview of the application of this part of knowledge in the textbook of middle school.After summarizing the relevant knowledge,the author compares the knowledge of the legal system history in the history textbook of the junior high school of the People's Education Press and then draws their own characteristics.The main differences are knowledge of different situations,different knowledge of different degrees of difficulty,and different levels of knowledge and different levels of difficulty.There are two ways in w hich the text is expressed;in order to support the author's point of view,the two parts of the above explanation are explained using examples from the “Commercial Reform” lesson in the textbooks of the junior and senior high schools.Specific analysis.The third part analyzes the history textbooks of middle school and finds that the knowledge of legal history has appeared in the compilation of national government.There are mainly teachers' awareness of the improvement of the legal system;appropriate teaching methods for different academic situations and different levels of difficulty are adopted.In this section,the “Commercial Reform” lesson will be analyzed again;in addition,there will be an examination to guide the teaching of legal history.As well as the development of local teaching materials in various places,the aim is to raise the efficiency of lectures on the knowledge of legal history in class teaching in general,and to raise the consciousness of the legal system of
