Research On The Cultivation And Management Of Study Tutors

With the rapid development of China's economy,the process of integrating tourism with other industries is accelerating,and study travel as a product of "tourism +education" has also prospered.As the most important responsible person,the study tutor will directly affect the study travel.However,there are still a series of problems in the selection,training,supervision and motivation of the study tutor team in our country.The training content of the study tutors has not been clarified,which has brought great obstacles to the cultivation and management of study tutors.Therefore,clarifying the training and management process of study tutors,and clarifying the quality and ability characteristics of study tutor training have become a topic worthy of attention and research.This study firstly sorts out the related literature to understand the current development status of study travel and study tutor as well as the problems in the cultivation of study tutor.Secondly,use the literature analysis method,work analysis method,and behavioral event interview method to preliminarily summarize the qualities and abilities of the study tutors.On this basis,use the questionnaire survey method to construct the qualities and abilities of the study tutors through factor analysis.There are 20 characteristics in four dimensions: knowledge skills,self-concept,personal characteristics and achievement motivation.Finally,in view of the status quo of research tutors and the qualities and abilities required for competent positions,specific strategies are proposed for the cultivation of study tutors,including establishing specialized agencies to guide and coordinate,strengthening the professional training of study tutors with quality and ability as the core,improving the four-way cultivation model of selection,training,incentives,and supervision,as well as implementing multidimensional management.
