Teachers are the foundation of teaching.Teachers' educational mentality in volves teachers' views and attitudes on their own work,value orientation and behavior intention to solve problems,and directly leads teachers' educational behavior in educational practice,which not only determines their own professional development,but also directly affects the quality of education and teaching and the cultivation of students.The ideological theory course is the key course to carry out the fundamental task of creating people by virtue.If we want to open a good ideological and political course,the key lies in the teacher.High school ideological and political teachers play a vital role in the formation of middle school students' outlook on life and values.Using qualitative and quantitative research methods,through empirical analysis of the current society Under the background of the meeting,the educational mentality of ideological and political teachers in Xinjiang senior high school is st udied in order to provide reference suggestions for the physical and mental health and professional development of ideological and political teachers in Xinjiang senior high school,to create a positive,healthy and positive educational mentality environment for the cultivation of students.First of all,from the theoretical level,the basic connotation,theoretical basis and research significance of ideological and political teachers' educational mentality in senior high schools are studied and explained.Educational mentality refers to a dynamic group psychological situation formed by the educational subject in the process of understanding and reflecting on the current education in a certain historical period.It mainly includes educational cognition,educational demand,educational emotion and emotion,educational value orientation and educational behavior intention.Marx's subjective development theory,cognitive behavior theory and teaching efficacy theory provide important theoretical basis for the study of educational mentality.Study on the Education of Ideological and Political Teachers in High Schools in Xinjiang To cultivate the positive and healthy educational mentality of high school ideological and political teachers is of great significance in promoting the physical and mental health and professional development of Xinjiang high school ideological and political teachers,and improving the level and quality of ideological and political education in Xinjiang high school.Secondly,on the basis of theoretical research,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the present situation of ideological and political teachers' educational mentality in Xinjiang senior high schools,and through the empirical research data and the actual work situation of ideological and political teachers in Xinjiang senior high schools,It is believed that the mainstream educational mentality of ideological and political teachers in Xinjiang senior high schools is high in educational recognition,strong in educational demand and human-o riented However,there are some problems that can not be ignored and solved urge ntly,such as anxiety,job burnout,lack of educational emotion and so on.The for mation of bad educational mentality of ideological and political teachers in Xinjiang High School is the result of the combination of internal and external factors,focusing on changing professional cognition and paying attention to it Three aspects of self-commissioning and strengthening external support put forward the adjustment path for Xinjiang high school ideological and political teachers' educational mentality.
