Under the guidance of the new curriculum reform,paying attention to the integration of teaching has gradually become a trend.Segment teaching is in line with this trend.It trains comprehensive teaching skills and is the teaching design of the whole lesson.Therefore,teachers can choose the integrated teaching content through the segment teaching,and design the teaching with the help of the characteristics of the integration,so as to realize the value of the segment teaching in the cultivation of the teaching practice ability of middle school ideological and political teachers.First of all,the theory of segment teaching is studied.Babanski's teaching process optimization theory,Bloom's effective teaching theory and micro-learning theory provide important theoretical basis for the research of segment teaching.The Outline of the National Plan for Medium-and Long-Term Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)strongly calls for improving the quality of teaching by training teachers' teaching abilities.It highlights the necessity and feasibility of section teaching in training teachers' teaching practice ability.Secondly,on the basis of the theory,this paper makes an empirical investigation and analysis of the current situation of using fragments to teach ideological and political lesson teachers in Urumqi Middle School.At present,the teaching practice ability of middle school ideological and political teachers has been greatly improved,but because the simulation of real class is the difficulty of segment teaching,some middle school ideological and political teachers in the simulation of segment teaching,teaching design ability is not high,leading to the teachers in the teaching language,teaching content,teaching methods and other aspects need to be improved.Only in view of the existing deficiencies and their causes,can we put forward the optimal solution path and method,and can we improve teachers' understanding of segment teaching in the concept.In terms of design,teachers should strengthen the use and mastery of segment teaching.In the implementation,teachers of ideological and political courses in middle schools should be promoted to optimize their teaching practice ability,form effective teaching,improve their comprehensive teaching quality,and provide corresponding help for teachers' teaching practice ability.Finally,the application of fragments in urumqi middle school thought political lesson teacher's basic situation,the deficiencies and cause analysis,combined with the practical teaching of thought political lesson teacher,put forward using fragment teaching to improve teachers' teaching design ability,thus to solve the problems at the same time,the development of teacher education courses for high school teaching practice ability to provide better guidance.Through the study of segment teaching,it is hoped that it can have a certain influence on other related researches and provide help for the development of teachers' teaching time in the future.
