Teaching practice is an important link that the student teacher combines the theoretical knowledge and concrete practice that the school teacher studies,and it is an indispensable part of improving the teaching ability of the student teacher.On the one hand,the improvement of the teaching ability of the intern teachers is not only conducive to the development of the intern teachers themselves,but also on the other hand is conducive to improving the teaching level of the internship schools,and helps the intern teachers to better teach and teach the students to learn better.First of all,in the education practice,in order to better improve the teaching ability of the student teacher,we must first analyze the specific situation of the relevant teaching ability of the student teacher.It is found that there are deficiencies in the teaching ability of the internship teachers,with a view to improving their teaching ability.According to the teaching process,the teachers' teaching ability can be divided into three types: pre-class preparation ability,classroom teaching ability,and after-school promotion ability.In general,although the internship teachers generally have outstanding performance,there are still deficiencies in the teaching ability of various details.Secondly,in order to better improve the teaching ability of the intern teachers,it is necessary to rely on in-service teachers who can have direct contact with the intern teachers and have a lot of teaching experience.The student teacher should learn more from the in-service teachers about the teaching abilities that are necessary for the three aspects of pre-class preparation,classroom teaching and after-school promotion.At present,internship teachers have the effect of improving the teaching ability to the in-service teacher,which is affected by the main factors.There are still some problems that need to be resolved.At the same time,as a place where the internship teacher's main work and activities are located,the school must strive to solve the current problems that cannot provide good conditions and higher possibilities for the exchange of student teachers and serving teachers.It is necessary to actively create a suitable environment for student teachers to learn,give opportunities for student teachers to learn,and provide guarantees for mutual learning among teachers.Only through the introspection and pursuit of the intern teachers on their own teaching ability,through the improvement of the teacher's main body,that is,the internship teachers and on-the-job teachers' learning and communication in terms of teaching ability,and the condition and support given by the external conditions,ie,the school.In order to better promote the practice of teachers to adapt to the teaching process,improve teaching ability,in order to better promote the development of basic education.
