Under the background of "deepening the comprehensive reform in the field of education",the author's school draws on and mimics Jimo 28 Middle School to put forward the idea of building a classroom of "mutual help between teachers and friends".Taking the reform of art classroom teaching mode in No.27 middle school in handan city as an opportunity,the author deeply studied the new teaching mode of harmony and mutual aid in Qingdao jiamo No.28 middle school,and carried out the practice activities of teaching mode of "teacher and friend mutual aid" in art classroom.This thesis is divided into five parts.It expounds the meaning of the teaching mode of"mutual help between teachers and friends" in the art classroom,and discusses the feasibility and effectiveness of this new teaching mode in depth.Finally,the author uses the teaching mode of "mutual assistance between teachers and friends" in the art classroom to practice.This paper affirms the new teaching mode,makes some reflections on the problems in practice,and puts forward some strategies.This paper is divided into four parts,which are summarized as follows:The first part:The background of the implementation of the teaching mode of "mutual help between teachers and friends" in the art classroom is briefly introduced.The second part:the main analysis and interpretation of the art classroom "mutual help"teaching model concept.The third part:The article introduces the general situation of "mutual help between teachers and friends" teaching mode in the art classroom of the author's school,and deeply excavates the meaning of "mutual assistance between teachers and friends" teaching mode;This paper expounds the implementation steps of the teaching mode of "mutual assistance between teachers and friends" in fine arts,as well as the actual case display and case effect of the teaching mode of "mutual assistance between teachers and friends".The fourth part:Analyze the problems that arise in the course of teaching of art "mutual aid between teachers and friends" and put forward suggestions for improvement,so as to provide experience for the related teaching research in the future.The fifth part:Summarize the changes of the teaching mode of "mutual help between teachers and friends" to the teachers 'status,student relations and teachers' and students'ability.
