With the advent of information society,everyone is inevitably affected by media information.Senior high school students are in a critical period of physical and mental development.New media used in daily life,such as mobile phones and computers,will imperceptibly affect students' emotions and values.High school ideological and political course should not only improve students' professional knowledge,but also improve students' moral education.The era of media information brings new requirements for high school ideological and political teaching.Based on this,this paper mainly explores the path to improve the media literacy of high school ideological and political teachers.First of all,it is of great significance to improve the media literacy of high school ideological and political teachers from both theoretical and practical requirements.The media literacy of high school ideological and political teachers refers to the ability of teachers to obtain,screen,integrate and use media information through multiple channels,and to screen out media information that not only conforms to the cognitive system of high school students,but also promotes the development of high school political teachers.In order to construct the evaluation standard of high school ideological and political teachers' media literacy,promote the professional and systematic development of teachers,meet the practical needs of media communication in teaching,and promote the high-quality development of high school ideological and political education.Secondly,combined with empirical research methods such as questionnaire survey and interview,based on the evaluation criteria,this paper analyzes the media literacy of high school ideological and political teachers from four aspects,finds out the existing problems,and points out the main reasons for restricting the media literacy of high school ideological and political teachers: first,teachers' low recognition of media literacy and lack of knowledge reserve.Second,schools and teachers are faced with great pressure to enter a higher school,and they do not pay attention to improving teachers' media literacy.Third,the evaluation method of teachers is not perfect.Finally,it analyzes the cultivation path to improve the media literacy of high school ideological and political teachers.It is mainly divided into the following aspects: first,improve the formation mode of teachers' media literacy.Second,increase external support.Third,optimize the evaluation methods of teachers' media literacy.
