| With the expansion of the scale of China’s graduate education,the quality of graduate education has increasingly attracted the attention of all sectors of society.The master of physical education is an important part of China’s graduate education,and its training quality is related to the quality of China’s graduate education.How to achieve the coordinated development of "quantity" and "quality" has become a new test for colleges and universities.Therefore,this study takes academic achievement as an important indicator to measure the quality of graduate education,deeply investigates the current situation of academic achievement of sports master graduates,analyzes the factors and mechanisms that affect their academic achievements,and explores strategies and methods to improve their academic achievements on this basis.This study mainly focuses on the following issues: First,what is the status quo of the academic achievements of the master of physical education graduates;The second is how the influencing factors affect the academic achievements of sports master students;The third is how each factor affects the academic achievement of the master of physical education.In order to solve the above problems,first of all,based on the "IEO" model theory and the interactive decision theory,this study constructed the indicators of influencing factors of the academic achievement of the master of physical education graduate students,and compiled the Questionnaire of Influencing Factors of the Academic Achievement of the Master of Physical Education graduate students in combination with relevant literature;At the same time,with the help of Wang Yanfei’s(2011)Academic Achievement Scale for College Students,the Academic Achievement Questionnaire for Master of Physical Education Postgraduates was revised and designed.Taking the master of physical education postgraduates from three different types of universities in Hubei Province as the object of investigation,the questionnaire survey method was used to collect the current situation and influencing factors of the academic achievement of the master of physical education postgraduates,and the data were descriptive analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis.Secondly,this study uses purposive sampling and snowball sampling to invite 18 master of physical education graduate students from different universities,grades and degrees,as well as 6 master of physical education graduate tutors from different universities to conduct in-depth interviews.Finally,the interview contents of 12 students and 6 tutors are selected as the data for this study to further explore the impact path of various influencing factors on the academic achievements of master of physical education graduate students.The main conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)At present,the academic achievements of the master of physical education graduate students are generally above the middle level.In the comparison of the four dimensions,interpersonal promotion>scientific research performance>social comparison>scientific research dedication;Among the demographic variables,there are significant differences in the grades,degree types,and enrollment methods of the graduate students of physical education.(2)The academic achievement of sports master students is affected by individual factors,tutor factors and school factors,all of which have a positive impact on academic achievement.The overall order is individual factors>tutor factors>school factors.(3)The motivation,professional identity and professional foundation in the individual factors;Tutor guidance,teacher-student matching,tutor support,and tutoring relationship in the tutor factor;The curriculum,learning resources and academic atmosphere among the school factors are interrelated and jointly affect the academic achievements of the sports master students.Finally,this study puts forward appropriate suggestions to improve the academic achievements of sports master graduates from three levels:(1)strengthen individual learning motivation and form a good internal drive.(2)Give full play to the guiding role of tutors and establish a harmonious relationship between tutors.(3)Integrate all kinds of campus resources and improve relevant management systems. |
